I was just buying a couple of batteries behind the counter and told her what I need. At first she didn't find it right away but I calmly told her where, that's where she gets a bit annoyed and got the batteries while accidentally knocking some. When its time for payment I also showed my Cliqq rewards barcode saved in my Google Wallet. She stared at it for a while probably thinking what it was and I just told right away that it's the Cliqq rewards. That's where she snapped a bit and said "Kabalo ko" in an annoyed tone.

I know how hectic your job is but please don't let your emotions show, it's unprofessional and it can ruin the customers and the store as a whole.
