Chicago Backstage Pass?

I’m going to the show in Chicago on Friday - When did people receive the backstage pass offer if you bought VIP tickets? I had read conflicting things on when they are released (weeks ahead vs a few days ahead)

I’ve searched my emails including Spam and promotions and don’t have anything from either live nation or Ticketmaster
