I was initially doing a 75% hydration sourdough but decided to only add like half of the amount of flour needed (someone pls tell me what hydration it would be now <:)

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup water (warm)

1/2 cup starter

2 1/8 cup bread flour

2 tsp salt

Process/

- add water then starter, mix throughly

- add salt and flour, mix until mostly comes together

- rest 30 mins to absorb

- 1st stretch and fold

- rest 30 mins

- 2nd stretch and fold

- rest 30 mins

- 3rd stretch and fold

- Bulk fermented for 4 - 5 hours ( It was 80 degrees when I began bulk fermenting)

- I then tighten ball n shaped it before putting it into a strainer bowl covered with a flour dusted towel

(Btdubs it was a little hard to work with but with the power of YouTube I used a big silicone scraper spatula? To shape it cuz I don’t have a bench scraper)

- I put it in the fridge overnight to bc old proof for like 10 hours

- I preheat the oven with my Dutch oven for 450 F

- Scored da bunny :)

- put bunny on parchment paper and placed in Dutch oven in oven at 450 F with foil cover for 20 mins(Idk if it’s safe to preheat lid because the handle was not iron but like matte plastic like?)

- after 20 mins I took off foil cover and baked for another 15 mins

- I took out to cool on rack for 1 - 2 Hrs

(Note: The chocolate eyes were troublesome)

And that was it for the most part :D

Thoughts?

When I was younger me and my cousins snuck into my Grandmother's computer room and went to start search random shit up on her outdated windows and came across this and we couldn't stop crying. (P.S., Happy Easter but does anyone also know where this image comes from?).

Went on a ghost hunt last night and had some questionable experiences

Joey Shuldiner was just a kid in Iowa. He never had friends. After his mother’s suicide, everything around him fell apart. In school, the other kids bullied him and beat him. Because of all his trauma, he developed a negative and defiant attitude. He defended himself from the bullies, but he was always lonely. His only entertainment was playing guitar. During school breaks, while the others talked and laughed, he sat alone playing his guitar.

One day his bullies came for him again. This time something snapped. He didn’t just defend himself — he lost control. He slaughtered one of them with his guitar. The other bullies slammed his face with the guitar and ran away.

"...That same night, while his father was at work, Joey left home and walked through the city. A group of hooded figures with strange symbols and blood caught him in an alley. They took him to an abandoned basement in the middle of the city. In the center was a symbol drawn with what looked like blood and intestines. They tied him to the floor. The leader began to recite a ritual, while the other two cut his face and chest with a dagger. Joey felt something enter his head, laughter that wasn't his own, a hunger that wasn't for food, as if a demon were entering him, each tissue being replaced by another, each cell mutating. His eyes began to burn. The skin of his face turned pale, his eyes bled, and his wounds spurted blood; his pupils became bright red, and his sclera turned black. When the ritual ended, he was no longer the shy and reserved Joey; now he was ashen-faced." Zalgoide, someone whose appetite was not only for animals, his limbs turned black and pointed, his teeth sharpened, and he began to eat the people who performed the ritual for him.

They were selling random photographs and came across these. Had a couple more (assuming from the same owner due to the same kind of case + cut out) but they were sketchy, random shots of:

1. As if someone sat the camera on the floor, with the foot of a leather sofa and glass of a drink and took a pic (you could see the floor was carpeted)
2. Extremely blurry shot of the same as #1 however there seemed to be a person in the pic but the eyes had reflected from the flash
3. A picture of a toddler in very old (pic was dated 1961) vintage baby's clothing with a full bonnet and all, looking behind the camera in a trance like or poker face, obvious that it's a human baby lol
4. A creepy ass clown. I'm talking haunted/fit for an oddities museum/horror movie that will make Annabelle shit her pants creepy. Had this weird paused half open smile and wide eyes.

(also the monkey (?) doll/toy in the upper right corner in the first pic is freaking unsettling.)
