So, aliens on College and Paris?
I'm not from around here, and I'd imagine they aren't either. Is there a story behind them? Are probings available? Who do I speak with about possibly scheduling one or two?

Article from The Maneater: https://themaneater.com/135252/news/flock-transparency-data-disappears-from-the-columbia-police-department/
It has been made quite difficult to find, but the "transparency portal" is still available at: https://transparency.flocksafety.com/columbia-mo-pd
There’s a fallen tree blocking both sides of the road on rock quarry. Not sure when it happened, but avoid taking that part of rock quarry until it’s cleared
Wasn’t sure what to tag this under…lol I have a cool rock I found that I’d like to cut open to see if anything is inside. I am curious if anyone has a wet saw they’d be willing to cut my rock open on? I can pay for your time.
We’re a family of 4 (2 adults + 2 boys, ages 3 & 4) planning a road trip to Yellowstone National Park. On the way there, we’ll stop by Denver, and then drive back home to Columbia, Missouri.
For the return trip, we’re thinking about stopping somewhere in South Dakota for a night.
Since this is our first road trip with young kids, I’m wondering:
Is South Dakota a good/safe/convenient place to stop overnight with toddlers?
Any recommended towns or areas to stay (family-friendly, easy access, etc.)?
Any kid-friendly stops along the route?
Would really appreciate any advice or suggestions from people who’ve done a similar trip!
Thanks in advance 🙏
What are some good places to play? How much does a court cost? Are the courts often full? What's your experience?
My husband and I live on the east side of town so we've been greatly effected by all the construction. No more easy access to Schnuck's, the businesses on that side or even Moser's down the service road.
But tonight, we had a hankering, so my husband took the long way to get to one of the businesses that used to only be a mile from us. While he was waiting on the food, the owner was complaining that all the roadwork has really driven down his business.
It made me realize there are a few small businesses that might be effected by all this. We'll continue to support them when and where we can, but it's not always feasible. I was just curious.
Hi! I’m located in Columbia and am looking to get a super clean, bold traditional-style piece for my birthday. I’ve yet to be tattooed since moving here and am looking for recommendations. Thanks!
I saw the Subshop building (Worley) being repainted and renovated. Figured it would be something else, but now I see Subshop on the Como earth day flier. Did another someone else buy it?

What are the best parks to bring a book and read when the weather is nice?
About 20 years ago I used to go to a Chinese woman’s house to get traditional, painful, life-changing massage. She went by the name Lucy and she did not speak a word of English. She lived in a clean, sparse, quiet house with her husband whom I never met. Did anyone else get massages with her? I would love to find her and get massages again. She did not advertise in any way, it was all word of mouth. And she only took cash.
Mizzou Baseball debuted some sweet CoMo jerseys last week but did you know that there used to be a ballpark on the property that's now Mizzou North? The Columbia Merchants Ball Park was located right on Highway 40, on the southwest corner of the parcel where you can still make out the infield on old aerial photos.
Less and Nell Proctor purchased a 100-acre farm on Highway 40 in 1933. A group of amateur baseball players, led by local insurance agent and player W. I. McBride, convinced the Proctors to lease a section of their land to build a 2,500 seat ballpark. Much like modern-day minor league teams, exhibition games and crazy stunts were all part of the roster. One day Dizzy Dean or Babe Didrikson would show up for a game and the next it would be Donkey Baseball where players had to field balls and run bases on the backs of very recalcitrant donkeys.
The property was purchased to build the Ellis Fischel Cancer Hospital and the state gave the Merchants permission to finish out their 1938 season.

So Busch said that Busch light apples are back and I’ve been on the hunt for some 2 years running now. College kids are saying that the shipments to hyvee and macadoodles are running late. Is there any strategy to beating the stockpiling frat bros to get a case?
Y'all people who throw dirty diapers in pick up spots for others at stores are plain NASTY!
Disgusting, rude, disrespectful and "think you entitled" folk out there, I see you I'll post you and record you!
DON'T LET ME CATCH YOU - I'LL POST YOU ALL OVER!
Karma is a.... 😉 Just you wait.
Hello everyone. I am looking for a residential structural engineer to take a look at my home and give me their opinion on structural issues. Looking for anyone who has used one and their suggestions both good and bad. Thanks in advance. Wishing everyone a great day! #thejoysofhomeownership😳😂
Does anyone have any info on it? I seen a post awhile back but I can’t find it or any details on the opening. Are we still getting it?
