The newest #HellraiserRevival Developer Diary focuses on Hell Priests's Order of the Gash, the Cenobites
I love coming back to read this and admire all Clive’s illustrations!
This is kind of a weird question. Back in the late 90s I used to get a catalog in the mail from an art gallery. They sold prints and shirts and other stuff (there might have been some vinyl figures but I'm not sure). I know one of the artists was Clive Barker. I think some of the others might have been Jim Woodring and Frank Kozik
Does anyone else remember this? Did anyone else get this catalog? Does anyone remember the name of the gallery or the catalog?
I used to go to NYC a couple of times a year for work. I was walking down the street one day and saw this poster taped to the outside of a store. I procured it and was going to be in town still, so I checked it out. Good play put on by a small troupe. The worst part? I was leaving the next morning. Clive was going to be at that night's performance (second time I missed meeting him). Now it hangs in my garage.
For me, Clive is an absolute modern genius who should be way more applauded than he is.
Summer break is about to start, I plan to read both Imajica and Weaveworld. But I am unsure which to read first. My brain is fried from reading and writing academic essays - I need something horny asf and also inspiring. Which best suits this? Thanks!
I'm absolutely over the moon, just got my hands on a copy of a first edition Abarat Absolute Midnight. I've been searching for about 3 years for one I could afford and I have finally found one!
If you're searching like I was keep going! You'll find one eventually.
Hello all, over the past couple months I’ve had a hell of a time diving into Barker’s work, and while it’s still early days for me, I’m curious how much his works are interconnected? I know of recurring characters like D’Amour and Pinhead, but after having finished The Great and Secret Show and loving the world building done there, I’m curious how much of that bleeds over into other works (other than Everville, obviously). Currently waiting on a copy of Everville, but I’m already thinking of the next novel to follow it with lol, any guidance would be much appreciated
I’ve read the last illusion and seen the film. Is there an order for Harry D’Amour though?
