Imagine how many real life couples in this combo would be thrilled to see a movie that reflects their appearance dynamic. Am I the only one who wants this?

Today I was standing and having coffee in front of coffee shop after the gym. As I was pumped and I was wearing a tee and shorts, Nipples and my bulge was visible through the fabric.

A trans woman approached me for money and before I could even reach for my wallet, she completely crossed the line. She pinched my nipples hard and then grabbed and pressed my bulge within a matter seconds.

Then she went away like nothing happened. I feel traumatised and disgusted for atleast an hour after the incident.

Just wanted to share this as I cannot share it to my friends as they would just joke about it.

Hey everyone,

I (26F) moved to Chennai about a month ago for work, and honestly it’s been a bit harder than I expected. I don’t have any prior friends in the city, and my team at work is really small. Everyone is nice and welcoming, but I’m the only non Tamil/North Indian person there, and I just haven’t been able to connect with anyone on a ‘let’s hang out and have fun’ level. Most of them are older, have families, and understandably don’t have time outside office hours. Also, I generally prefer to keep work and personal life separate.

So I’m feeling super bored, lonely, and honestly a bit low. I wanted to ask people here, how do you actually make friends in Chennai as an adult? Where do people go to meet new people? Are there any social spots, communities, events, happening places where it’s easier to connect?

Just to clarify, I’m not looking to date (I’m already in a long-term relationship). I’d really just love to find some girlfriends to hang out with, explore the city, grab food, chill, etc.

Criticising a movie after release is fine, anyways piracy is not acceptable. But from yesterday these jananayagan leaks are all over the internet. This is nutsss, why leak the whole movie before release and all of a sudden it is okay to criticise or watch an unreleased movie... Come on guys have some guilt...

Posting this on behalf of someone else . A relative of mine lost his laptop while travelling in a train from chennai to Hyderabad (not living in Hyderabad). Was asked to file a FIR in one of the police stations in Hyderabad with the serial number of the laptop .How likely are they to recover it ? Its scary to begin with cause we dont really know anyone in Hyderabad and the city is entirely new to us .

what is the rent range in appasamy banyan house apartment in alandur. is there any other decent gated community in the locality where the rent is affordable?

guys I am finally done with ACT broadband. it is still the cheapest and best VFM option as we only get Jio or Airtel otherwise.

But this is only true as long as there is no issue to be addressed. While other providers have FTTH and junction distribution boxes installed somewhere in your street, ACT needs the distribution box to be installed inside a customer's home. Now what happens when they can't find a place to install that box? This could be due to several reasons like existing customer shifting somewhere else, terminating connection or other logistical issues but seems ACT has no idea what to do in this case.

There are 7 connections in a single box so all 7 customers would be affected - The way ACT handles this is not how any one with common sense would do it. They first go and remove the box from the old customer premises and thereby cause disruption of service to all others. Next they go and ask each of them if the box can be installed in their home, and when one agrees they shift the connections over. Till this is done all other customers will have no internet.

Does this make any sense? Won't you first check with other customers and confirm a location for the box before you remove the existing one? When I asked them they kept pushing the blame on me saying why don't I get the box installed in my home like I was the one at fault. Even if I agreed ACT still caused a service disruption that was totally avoidable but they accept no accountability.

The biggest pain point though is that they are simply unable to give me an ETA for resolution and refuse to share any update on the box situation either. So I'm forced to choose Jio or Airtel now and ACT seems to be fine with that - I heard from their service person that 5 of the affected customers have already terminated their connection with ACT and moved to Jio. Such a ridiculous way to lose customers.
