I couldn’t sleep, so I made this calming bamboo water + candle video… it actually helped me 😴

I’ve been struggling to fall asleep lately, so I tried creating a simple calming video with bamboo water sounds and candle ambience.

Surprisingly, it really helped me relax faster than usual.

Thought I’d share in case it helps someone else here too 🙂

Would love feedback or suggestions to improve it.

Heavy rain on a tin roof with distant thunder — this is the sound I fall asleep to every night

I've been struggling with sleep for a while, and the one thing that actually works for me is heavy rain on a metal roof. There's something about that sharp, rhythmic sound that just shuts my brain off.

I made a 3-hour black screen version so your phone battery doesn't die in the middle of the night — no music, no ad interruptions (it's one continuous video), just pure thunderstorm sounds.

Sharing in case anyone else here finds it useful 🌧️

made this soft piano piece for slow mornings, hope it finds the right person

been working on some gentle piano and violin music for people who like quiet mornings, slow days, and a bit of stillness in their life.

this one is called "calmness" — no drops, no buildup, just soft music that lets you breathe.

if you're having a heavy week, maybe this helps a little 🌿

I made something to help when you can’t start working (it’s been helping me)

Lately I’ve been struggling a lot with starting tasks.

Not because I don’t care…
but because my brain just feels overloaded.
Too many thoughts, too many distractions, and I end up doing nothing.

So I tried something different.

Instead of forcing motivation, I made a 2-hour “stay with me” session —
basically something that keeps me company while I work,
with a calm voice that occasionally brings me back when I drift.

It’s not really “focus music”…
it’s more like having someone there so you don’t feel alone while trying to start.

I’ve been using it myself and it actually helped me get through things I kept avoiding.

If anyone else is dealing with this, I’ll leave it here:

If not, no worries —
just wanted to share something that helped me a bit.
