Why does my calathea have one (1) mustard yellow leaf???

She’s had dried leaves before but they never looked like this. It’s so… yellow. Like it’s been spray painted with saffron.

Any saving my new baby calathea? 😢

I bought it only 3 weeks ago and admittedly I let it dry out as I was on holiday and wasn’t aware of their presence to have damp soil. Is there any saving it?

Hershey Butterfly Garden

Fell in love with these when we went to Hershey but didn’t know what they were until this sub! Definitely on my wishlist.

Can someone help, please? I know calatheas are hard to maintain, but I really love it and can’t figure out wha’s wrong and why multiple leaves are curling up and yellowing?! Anyone experience this problem before??

Help identifying calathea (?)

I just bought this plant and there was no identification on it. I immediately thought it was either a calathea or maranta but by the way it’s growing and the shape of the leaves I’d say a calathea. Yet I cannot for the love of my life find a photo of a similar one online. With this specific pattern on the leaves.
Does anyone know it?
I have a maranta and 3 more calatheas so I’m just gonna treat it like one and it should be fine, but I’m just really curious about the name of this specific type of calathea or plant (if it’s not even a calathea).

My rose calathea was doing amazing, then one day I noticed that the leaves looked like this. It has new growth but it also ends up like this. It's on both the mother plant at my school and the pieces I broke off for my house, so conditions are slightly different but they look the same. I use distilled water and they have a grow light. It looks ugly and I would like to fix it. Any ideas? Repot them both?
