Overwintered in garage…still alive?

I overwintered my brugmansia in my garage this winter. I pulled it out a couple weeks ago to acclimate back outdoors. I’ve been watering daily and gave a dose of plant food. There is some green under the bark layer, but other areas are squishy and brown. Any advice? Is she a goner?

Brug Flower Update

Following up to a recent post asking about in-ground planting. Showing off the flowers to maybe get a better ID, person i obtained it from told me but I've since forgotten. Will keep in this pot til it gets gigantic then will transplant to hillside or front yard and put on irrigation so it can become the big beautiful brug it was destined to be.

Edit: forgot to add in it smells so fricken good

Plant in the ground y/n?

Would it be safe to plant this brug in the ground, yay or nay? In San Diego.

Considering putting it on irrigation down a hillside or smack dab in the front yard that has a sprinkler system. Thoughts?

Also is it common for the flower to start off yellow then gradually become pink? Thank you.

An article on my toé/brugmansia dieta

Hi everyone,

I wrote this article on my experience dieting the feared and misunderstood toé plant. I am an ayahuasca facilitator now, and have had roughly 75 ceremonies within ten months or so.

In the article I write about the dieta itself, sexual energy, our shadow self, and the process of rebirth.

I hope you enjoy! And, to be clear, nothing in this article was written by AI. It is all directly from me.

Unusual tiny spots with no insect activity

I’ve noticed tiny dry appearing yellow spots on established leaf growth that new leaves do not have. Is there anyone that knows the cause?

My Brugmansia arrived today. It's 18 degrees C (64 degrees F) outside. Can it be left outside during the day and brought inside at night? At night, the temperature can drop to 4 degrees C (39 degrees F).

Hello!! I followed the instructions I was given. Trim down and Winterised in basement due to zone 3 heavy snow and taken out of dormancy 4 weeks ago. She’s growing fresh shoots from base but nothing on the old wood. Should I cut the stems back a little more now to focus energy on the new stem? Probably will be outside in the next 2 weeks. Still cold atm!
Thanks
