Kerrygold

Process: Was cooking an egg, got the concept, recorded drum track, recorded vocal, added guitar, added one vocal overdub, produced video, went viral, made a million dollars..

You wouldn’t understand the kind of board games I play.

I prefer to call them “tabletop games”. They’re different. Are they games like Monopoly? No. I HATE Monopoly. Catan? Ha! Kinda… except WAY more complex. Honestly you wouldn’t get it unless I showed you.

Only superiorly sophisticated men play CHEC-HERS

I've managed to play a solo game after masturbating only 3 times, I lost but recognizing my failures only make me better. G'day

A few months ago I culled my collection from 160+ down to 20, then down to 11 and finally only 1 square foot remains...

I’ve trimmed my home from 160+ square feet down to just one. Letting them go has been surprisingly liberating. It feels like I’m finally embracing a more minimal way of living which was a goal of mine.

I still love shelter, but I’ve realized I don’t need to be the one who owns it. Having a huge home is expensive, takes up a ton of space, and most square feet end up collecting dust after a few days anyway.

What really hit me is that my home wasn’t just a hobby, it was kind of a “fantasy anchor.” It kept all those “one day” and “what if” scenarios alive. One day I’ll decorate my big home and everyone will love it, and I'll be seen as a hero among my friends and they will want to visit all the time. And "What if" I happen to find myself in the situation where I'm hanging out with a group of 5 people that suddenly want to chill at my place, but have only ever spent time in apartments? I was holding onto fantasy and super unlikely possibilities more than reality.

I’m not saying anyone else should do the same, but for me, letting it all go lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. The FOMO is gone. The low-level anxiety about cleaning is gone. It wasn’t easy, but once it was done, I felt this real sense of relief. No more worrying about furniture, cooking, or cleaning.

The one square foot I kept? A cardboard box. I guess it was the only shelter i needed all along.

Have any of you done a similar cull of your living space or thinking about it?

What can I put on top of this to add to the decoration without blocking too much?

Would love to add a hat or something but not block all the view to the frontspiece.

What is the term for when the lid won't close when you try to flush the box?

I can't stand when the water in the bowl doesn't soften everything up because I sleeved all the cards. Now the lid won't close, so if I flush it will spray nasty game water out on the floor. What do you call this?
