I was logged in this morning and playing Bac. I had to log out and when i tried going back in i never got my authentication code texted to me. I have tried at least 6 more times and no code ever comes. Support said they are having problems in my area (PA), but i also know support is full of crap most of the time. Has anyone else had this problem?

anybody ever randomly just stopped being able to get the one time code i have talked to customer service & my phone provider nobody have helped yet

So my 7 year old son got his filthy little paws on my phone…He likes to watch me play sometimes and has witnessed the log in, deposit, play routine a few times. He is autistic and very observant. He managed to deposit $10 two times, yes I have all my card info stored in my phone, and lost it before I realized what he was doing on my phone. For some reason I thought maybe customer support would give me a refund, or a discount, or maybe a bonus. I waited over an hour for someone to join the chat and was irritated, but still pleasant with the agent. It took another 25 minutes for them to respond and it was the rudest, most condescending load of crap I ever read. I was scolded for not having more security on my phone and how it’s not their responsibility to refund or compensate me for being irresponsible. They proceeded to talk down to me and tell me how to parent my son and lecture cyber security. I got a bingo invite when they were taking forever to respond and actually won $5 bucks, never even came close to winning before, and activated it after I left the chat with Grumpy McGee. About 10 minutes later I was over $30 bucks and I get a pop up saying I was not authorized to play and my account was frozen. Then the message came saying I was under investigation for fraud and violating the terms of service by allowing someone under 21 to play. I was told the team handling it was very thorough and there was no time frame to expect a resolution. So they got my 20 bucks and are holding the $30 hostage along with 2 open bets totaling almost $200 if they win, indefinitely. Not a ton of money, but enough to start playing somewhere else. Especially if this is typical behavior from them.

Anyone having issues? I registered for today but there’s no games for me to play and no other contestants are listed. It’s just empty

all casinos do. however betrivers is the worst i have encountered. if you are a winner looking to withdraw, they will increasingly slow your withdraw times in an effort to either get you to cancel it & lose it to them or dissuade you from using their site in the future. basically the more you win & withdraw the less likely youll be eligible for “rush pay.” ie they will hold your money hostage for as long as they are legally able to. their customer service reps will also blatantly lie to you. beware

So I had a token from the latest watch & win and I registered for daily play tourney 10am-10pm however the games wouldn’t load I didn’t see rankings or anything I tried chatting with support for 3 separate days nobody responds except the stupid bot I give the otp txt it just says transferring and nothing I chatted with them in the past about a bingo issue but no response i ended the chat would start a new one and same issue I just want the token restored or points to buy a new one was anyone else having issues with the daily play on between thu - fri and with chatting with agent on the nj app

So am I understanding correctly that I need to use my points to get a token and then wait around to be randomly invited?

Did anyone that receives bonus bank money on Fridays receive theirs today?
