Is their customer service for real?!?

So my 7 year old son got his filthy little paws on my phone…He likes to watch me play sometimes and has witnessed the log in, deposit, play routine a few times. He is autistic and very observant. He managed to deposit $10 two times, yes I have all my card info stored in my phone, and lost it before I realized what he was doing on my phone. For some reason I thought maybe customer support would give me a refund, or a discount, or maybe a bonus. I waited over an hour for someone to join the chat and was irritated, but still pleasant with the agent. It took another 25 minutes for them to respond and it was the rudest, most condescending load of crap I ever read. I was scolded for not having more security on my phone and how it’s not their responsibility to refund or compensate me for being irresponsible. They proceeded to talk down to me and tell me how to parent my son and lecture cyber security. I got a bingo invite when they were taking forever to respond and actually won $5 bucks, never even came close to winning before, and activated it after I left the chat with Grumpy McGee. About 10 minutes later I was over $30 bucks and I get a pop up saying I was not authorized to play and my account was frozen. Then the message came saying I was under investigation for fraud and violating the terms of service by allowing someone under 21 to play. I was told the team handling it was very thorough and there was no time frame to expect a resolution. So they got my 20 bucks and are holding the $30 hostage along with 2 open bets totaling almost $200 if they win, indefinitely. Not a ton of money, but enough to start playing somewhere else. Especially if this is typical behavior from them.
