Literally was so bummed today... not even 30 minutes of me opening the box. Ordered from FWRD and they offered to do an exchange, but I’d rather just get a new tassel bc I don’t want to go without my bag! Went to a Balenciaga store in the city to see if they can give me a new tassel, but the entire store moved 🫩. Is going to another one to have it fixed worth it or can I just reach out to their customer service and have one shipped?

This is my new everyday bag and it sucks that that pull broke so easily

originally grey but has been dyed to black which has subtle purple tint
one of the handles is broken bc one of the rivets fell off (you can purchase rivets online for cheap to replace it)
