Need second opinion: Missile strike on West Coast June 29-July 4??

I'm going to start this off my declaring that I have absolutely zero knowledge of astrocartography, and I would like people who do know about astrocartography to weigh in on my mom's conclusions.
The background tea ☕️: my sister lives in Los Angeles, which is smack in the middle of the Danger Zone my mom is concerned about. They are not on talking terms, but my mom felt this was important enough to ask me to relay the information to her.
Anyway, I have copy/pasted my mom's email to me below:

Astrocartography looks ominous for the following places June 29 - July 4 2026. Draw lines on a map and you will see that Los Angeles is literally boxed in by this 4⁰ Gemini Mars/Uranus conjunction going over:
Easternmost point: March AFB, Riverside CA
Westernmost point: Point Mugu Naval Air Force Station, CA
North: Edwards AFB, Rosemont CA / Travis AFB, San Francisco CA / Topgun Naval Air Station, Fallon NV / Fairchild AFB Spokane WA
South: Camp Pendleton Marine Base, Oceanside CA / San Diego Naval Base
Mars/Uranus conjunctions happen every ~2 years, but not over *this* region, in Gemini, on America's Uranus (revolution, air force) return.
AND, the 4⁰ Aquarius Pluto line goes directly over Sacramento & San Francisco at this same time (Uranus rules Aquarius).
4⁰ Pluto trine 4⁰ Mars/Uranus, and sextile 4⁰ Aries Neptune = THESE CONFIGURATIONS ARE RELATED.
On July 4th 0⁰ Leo Jupiter is opposite Pluto, sextile Mars/Uranus, making the above bigger and *very* public.
The above combinations mean many things but not peaceful, especially in our current political climate. From most likely to less likely but never say never, possibilities include:
- fireworks/aerial displays for 4th celebrations
- verbal excitement/fights; can easily escalate to physical
- angry public protests
- communication/cell/satellite stoppage/interruptions
- traffic/transportation stoppages/crashes/interruptions
- power outages/interruptions
- major earthquake and/or fire(s) with troops & supplies being flown in from said military bases
- public political strife so Feds fly in the military to put down any perceived insurrection
- aerial strike from a foreign carrier or submarine (statistically unlikely, but Aries Saturn wide 10⁰ conjunct Neptune on July 4th, so maaaaybe?)
--->Q: Why would the Federal/State government (Pluto) and *all* these Air Force bases (Uranus) be active (Mars) at the same time?
--->A: To help and/or hurt.
---> Either way it's best to not be in Los Angeles at this time.
---> Make sure your home's earthquake & fire insurance coverage is *sufficient and up to date* and fly out of state for vacation during this time.

I'd love to know what other practioners think about this information and if they agree that things look ominous.
