So hello, I am new here and was wondering if anyone had time to spend on a puzzle i've been racking my brain on.

I bought the WH40k starter set, Nids vs. Ultra Marines for a friend and myself to play and life gets complicated, as it tends to do. I recently decided to bite the bullet and bought the CSM patrol box and a separate box of chaos cultists. While i plan on prioritizing the hydra, I do want the good ol' paint them for infiltration and have a "2 in 1 army" so I was wondering about any list that pulled this off or any thought experiments you all may have. Any additional unit to look into/kitbash or what should be splashed as the other color/legion to infiltrate.
