Stay Mode — No Entry delay?

Sometimes we will arm our system to stay mode when we leave the house using the mobile app. When we return home our Bluetooth disarm doesn’t seem to work, and when we enter our house, there is no entry delay — the alarm immediately goes off. Any ideas why this is happening? Thanks!

The alarm went off at 3:48am. No evidence of any issues. Next time this happens who do I call? We were armed stay. My husband was asleep in the family room at 3:47 but we were armed stay anyways.
When this happens who should I call?

All zones are closed. And this will still show up. I’m an installer and have never figured out where to disable this setting. Anyone have an idea? This is my home system on a IQ4

Anyone know why ADC doesn't offer any PTZ cameras, at least not for consumer? I just temporarily installed a Reolink PTZ from my last house for my backyard until I pull some ethernet to that corner. In the meantime, this does let me use one camera to view the side yard, back yard, back porch, and into (maybe more importantly) the vacant lot next door. Although the end goal is to train a camera across the rear porch windows and sliding door, I do like the flexibility of being able to remotely move the camera around, etc.

Seems like a weird omission in the ADC lineup to not offer a single PTZ camera.

I inherited an 8 cam system when my company bought a competitor. They have 8 IP cameras tied into an NVR at the remote site, and headquarters is trying to stream the footage here for the in house staff to monitor.

The problem is the feeds on the web site will suddenly just drop off/disconnect. Making the end users click on "reconnect", which usually will reconnect, but often will not. It seems to be related to number concurrent users and gets worse as more login to view, so when the two remote site works are streaming, and the 1 HQ user is streaming it gets worse, when owner is checking it through mobile app, even worse for all users.

The cameras themselves are confirmed to not be going off line (at least as defined as responding to pings), and the network topology is a 1g x 1g fiber connection with two computers, two VoIP lines (both of which are not having issues) that are on a ISP provided firewall and wifi. The computers and workstations are wifi only, the cameras are to a POE switch, to NVR, the NVR is LAN to ISP router.

Essentially it seems to not be able to be an always on stream for more than a hour and concurrent users makes it worse and worse. Is this expected behavior? alarm dot com says it should be fine and they have sites that have way more without this behavior and believe it is the network (which is just ISP provided Wifi and router device. The only thing plugged into it though is the NVR)

Hello, I'm a totally newbie with home security and i'm thinking of upgrading our old DSC Impassa panel that was left over from the previous home owner something more modern. I was looking at the IQ5 series and saw they could support the legacy 433 mhz used by the Impassa panel but i had some questions.

  1. Can I reuse the existing door transmitters or are "locked" into the Impassa panel

  2. The old window transmitters broke over time so i would like to replace them with something newer, can i mixed and match old door transmitters with new window ones

  3. how much worth is it to get the IQ5 panel vs hub?

  4. can i reuse the exising wiring between the Impressa panel and Transformer, with the IQ panel and transformer?

TIA
