that was my fav part of the intro BRUH
I really like the firefighter skin especially since it has his black hair and new hairstyle. I’m just disappointed the art wasn’t a 1:1. I already have some good skins for him like Joker, Poolside, Elysian Keeper and the new bp one. Should I save my credits for a new skin or possibly a Mizuki skin?
I don't know what to think. Yeah, friendly interaction, but since they first met, the writer has been putting them together and pushing interactions every chapter. I'm a Juno guy, but I see Wuyang has a large fan base who likes the shipping aspect of the character and making it official would be like Blizzard taking a side and dismissing fan perception. Mind you, I'm not saying they have to make him gay or pair him with Illari or whatever, what I'm saying is, sometimes it's better to leave things as is and let fans interpret, it can also help connect with the character.
Did Wuyang get another nerf in Stadium? So Paindrops now only deal 90% damage for full hit? What does bonus orb damage means anyway?
Edit: I’ve always thought that paindrops works like falling rain perk. my bad. A few people said that it’s 180% down 160% for full hit
The anniversary is very disappointing and I feel like that's a wide-spread sentiment right now. So I wanted to encourage you guys to do the same thing and not spend any money right now if you feel the same. I'm pretty sure they can't ignore the current backlash so you'll probably still be able to get it later but we should hold off for now imo.
A while ago I made a post about hitting master with wuyang after starting last season in gold, and today I hit grandmaster while playing wuyang about 95% of the time!
I’ve been playing Overwatch on and off since the beta, and he’s genuinely cemented himself as my favorite hero in the game.
i don't play wuyanggggg im a flex dps playerrrrr please leave me alonnnee
@hanyagow made the video
Wondering if someone can help me understand this. I main Wuyang and always went for Balance (the one that gives you 30% more healing on your passive stream for 2s when landing your orbs), but with the numbers changes to the passive stream in S1, I've been leaning more towards Overflow.
However, I see that on owperks.gg Balance is still the overwhelmingly popular choice at roughly 80% pickrate across all ranks. To me, this perk seems kind of weak? If you do the math, it only equates to about 4-6 more hps on your passive stream depending on if the target has the global healing debuff applied or not. Is this really that significant? Or is it just that it enables you to focus more on damage, if only slightly?
I know that with Overflow, you shouldn't really ever be using your movement cooldown just to refill your healing resource and ammo. But in those occasions where you need to move and your healing resource is low, is 50% regen not just kind of insane?
Making this post to see if anyone has any sort of insight on this that I've missed or if its mostly just holdover from Balance being the clearly superior choice before the S1 changes. I think I remember KarQ even mentioning that Overflow is looking like a better option in one of his videos, but it's yet to be reflected in perk pickrate stats. So what's up with this?
Elysian Keeper Wuyang is coming back for Champions Clash, both in the Elysian Keeper bundle and for individual purchase. According to the insta video, it's the last time it'll be in the shop, so grab it if you can!

Completely disappeared. Overwatches No.1 Himbo ain't the same without it ?
Just a random thought that i've been thinking for a while now...
I've been playing overwatch for like 8 years now, regularly. I've been a support main since release. I played other roles and heroes of course, but my main has always been support. I quit the game multiple times and came back like many others. It was just the magic overwatch had since release what made me keep playing. I quit the game after Illari's release. At that time, i was completely done with overwatch because even Lifeweaver didn't feel like "home".
However, i came back again with Wuyang's release. The more i played with him, the more he felt like "home" and he was the hero i needed to have in Overwatch. Not just by his design, but by his whole kit, it felt like magic. For some, he has the personality of "classic clueless shy anime boy" but for me, he has the personality of someone who is constantly worried about his actions, tries hard to fit in the team and do his best under any circumstance. Since his origin is Chinese, he is under the pressure of his surroundings and of course, his parents. Anyways, you all know his lore already.
My playtime with other heroes are all over the place. I never had a main hero until Wuyang. After playing him to level 300+, every other hero started to seem like just a roster-filler. I'm not saying they are any less good or any less important. But it's like, i have lost any connection i had with them. Win or lose, Wuyang is the way to go (except for occasional Mizuki and LW picks to ct annoying ball or monke).
I feel like i would not be playing overwatch today, if it wasn't for Wuyang. The game i dropped back in 2023 would be dead for me if they wouldn't release Wuyang. 2 years of gap simply filled with Wuyang's presence. If any dev reads this even by accident, i appreciate you deeply. The person who designed wuyang, even if they added only a single node to his model, animated a single frame of his animation, voiced him, designed his sfx or wrote a single word into his lore, thank you. THANK YOU for making Wuyang.
