When my mom signs into words with friend through AOL, where her name should show up, some other name that starts with guest with a bunch of letters and numbers shows up. She has to clear her cookies sometimes a couple times until the name goes away and then her name shows up. Is this a bot attaching itself to my mom's user name and why would they even want to do that? Seriously this is driving my mom crazy and I want to help her. Thank you for any feedback.
