Was offered the ride for 16.51 and only got paid 12.94 because for the first 3 1/2 miles of the ride I did not have any internet service. I requested a fare review but its been a few days and nothing has happened. What do I do in a situation like this? Just keep requesting a fare review? Try to talk to a real person? The passenger did tip $7 so its not the end of the world I still made money, but is there anything I can do in the future to prevent this? Just dont pick people up in those areas?
