👋 Welcome to r/WomenWhoUseCannabis — Read This First + Introduce Yourself!

Hi everyone 🤍

I’m u/Automatic_Ad3917, the creator of this space.

I started this community because I feel like a lot of women are quietly trying to figure this out on their own…

Using cannabis for stress, sleep, burnout, anxiety, or hormonal shifts — but not always getting the same experience every time.

Sometimes it works exactly how you want.

Other times… it doesn’t.

And no one really talks about that part.

This space is for real conversations about what you use, why you chose it, and how it actually feels in real life.

💬 What to Post

Share anything based on your personal experience, like:

• What method you use (edibles, vape, flower, etc.)

• What you were hoping to feel vs. what actually happened

• What’s worked for you (or hasn’t)

• Questions you’ve been trying to figure out

• Patterns you’ve noticed over time

No need to be an expert — just real experiences.

🌿 Community Vibe

This is a judgment-free space.

We’re here to:

• share honestly

• learn from each other

• and figure out what actually works for our own bodies

No pressure. No pretending. Just real conversations 🤍

Why does the same thing feel completely different sometimes?

Hi ladies 🤍

I started this space because I’ve been noticing something I can’t fully explain…

I can use the same thing on two different days and have completely different experiences.

One time I feel calm, clear, grounded.

Another time I feel anxious, off, or overstimulated.

For a long time I thought it was just the product.

Now I’m starting to wonder if it has more to do with how I feel going into it.

Has anyone else experienced this?

If you’re open to sharing, I’d love to know:

• what you used

• what you were hoping to feel (sleep, stress, calm, etc.)

• what it actually felt like

No right or wrong answers — just curious what real experiences look like for other women 🤍

I feel like a lot of us are quietly trying to figure this out

Hi ladies 🤍

I’ve been noticing something lately and I can’t tell if it’s just me…

I feel like a lot of women are using cannabis for things like stress, sleep, burnout, or just trying to feel more balanced —

but we’re kind of figuring it out on our own.

Sometimes it works exactly how we want.

Other times it feels completely off… even with the same thing.

For a long time I thought it was just about the product.

Now I’m starting to think it might be more about how we feel going into it.

I haven’t really seen a place where women talk openly about this side of it — the real experiences, not just what’s “supposed” to happen.

So I started this space for that 🤍

If this resonates with you, you’re always welcome to join and share what it’s been like for you.

I’d genuinely love to hear how others are experiencing this.

Does anyone else feel like it’s kind of unpredictable?

I don’t know how to explain this, but…

Sometimes it works exactly how I want.

Other times it feels way stronger, way weaker, or just different. Even when nothing else has changed.

It makes it hard to know what to expect.

Is this normal or am I just not doing something right?

How are you actually choosing what to use?

Serious question…

How do you decide what to use on any given day?

Like what’s your actual process?

Do you go by:

• how you’re feeling

• what you want it to help with (sleep, stress, etc.)

• habit / routine

• trial and error

• just grabbing the same thing every time

I realized I don’t even know if I have a real “system”…

Some days I choose one thing and it works perfectly.

Other days it feels completely off and I can’t figure out why.

Curious how other women are deciding — or if we’re all just kind of guessing.

Has anyone else noticed their body reacting differently lately?

I don’t know if this is just part of getting older or what…

But I feel like my body has been responding so differently lately.

Things that used to help me relax or unwind don’t always feel the same anymore.

Sometimes I feel calm and clear.

Other times I feel overstimulated, anxious, or just off — even when I haven’t changed anything.

It’s like my body has its own agenda now and I’m trying to keep up with it.

I can’t tell if it’s stress, burnout, hormones, or something else…

but it definitely doesn’t feel as predictable as it used to.

Has anyone else experienced this?
