The Ozanne Enigma: Who is the man the FBI has been "erasing" for 50 years?

The Dave T. Ozanne Paradox: 1973 vs. 2023
The most unsettling discovery in the May 8, 2026, declassification is the reappearance of the name Dave T. Ozanne. In March 1973, an internal FBI memo identified a USAF Captain and Chaplain by that name who was investigating UFOs in Waco, Texas. Even though he provided a specific address and phone number, the FBI note for that file sequence (62-83894-479/480) claimed: "NOTE: Correspondent is not identifiable in Bufiles".

The mystery deepens because the September 2023 report released today also describes a drone pilot ALSO named Dave T. Ozanne who witnessed a 130–195 foot bronze ellipsoid materialize and vanish. Despite the 1973 record sitting in their archives for 50 years, the FBI’s 2023 report uses the exact same phrase: "Correspondent is not identifiable in Bufiles". We don’t know if this is the same man 50 years later, a relative, or someone else entirely but the FBI’s response is identical. Even though this file focuses on the witness, the associated Waco files describe metallic, materializing objects consistent with the sightings Dave T. Ozanne was investigating as a USAF Captain. Also Dave T Ozanne” isn’t a common name like John Smith Despite having the 1973 file in their archives for half a century, the Bureau’s 2023 report uses the exact same disclaimer: "Correspondent is not identifiable in Bufiles." Whether it’s a generational legacy or a specific alias used to report these materializing crafts, the FBI has been using the same "Ghost" protocol for this name for over 50 years to ensure the witness officially "does not exist.

The good old boys club in Texas is obnoxious, offensive, and just pure evil. This man is going to jail for 60 days. The innocents will endure years of trauma. Paxton, yes, the Attorney General of Texas offers 30 days and doesn't have to register as a sex offender. Know your neighbors because both these men may move to your block. It's time for a new AG

Lacy Lakeview needs Waco’s help to realize its data center dreams. It’s not going well.

Lacy Lakeview’s hasty approach to the data center project has alienated the Waco officials who would control water service to the site. “Without the City of Waco agreeing to it, Lacy Lakeview can’t do anything out there and neither can Infrakey," State Rep. Pat Curry said. "Those guys don’t know what the hell they’re doing.”

Anyone know any good Mexican food spots ?

I'm originally from California but have family in texas as well and currently live here. My parents are originally from texas as well. Regardless I hate tex mex. Not because it's all bad just because it's every goddamn Mexican spot here! Anyone find a good Mexican restaurant here like real Mexican food. Also looking for a good place with chorizo have yet to find any good place and I've been living here for 5 years. I miss good chorizo but for some reason places I've been to put some red type sauce or something on the chorizo and always ruined the flavor so anyone got any spots I've been dying for a damn good burrito and good carne asada. Thanks

Shelters to surrender cats in Waco?

Long story short, I have 3 cats that I co-owned with my sisters (2 pure breed ragdolls that were born from the same litter and a orange tabby that we adopted), they moved away and essentially abandoned them for me to take care of. I do love my cats but its been hard on me being the sole caretaker of them, and they're at a point where they're getting older (all of them around 9-10 years old). Fast forward a few years, now I have a husband and a new baby. We moved to waco for my work a little less than a year ago and now live in a tiny apartment. The cats aren't getting the attention or the space that they deserve. Does anyone know a no-kill shelter where I can safely surrender them where I know they'll be taken care of and hopefully have the chance to be adopted out to loving families?

This guy is spreading genital herpes around Waco, Temple, and Austin- just wanted to let the single ladies know as he only mentions the genital warts conveniently after the sexual contact and does not appear to list this openly on his dating profile.

Pickleball

Are there any courts where people play in Waco that are popular after normal 9-5 hours? I’ve been looking for a while and can’t seem to find any that aren’t empty most of the time.

Appreciate any and all tips.

What’s happening to Wells Fargo making it extra hard to deposit my mother’s check, but we’re not the only ones with this kind of problem. There are others saying they’re having problems too. Anyone know what’s going on?
