I realize this may be confusing if you're not LDS. Feel free to ask any questions for clarification. Relief Society refers to the group of women in her local church congregation. Becky is currently the president.

If you follow her what are your thoughts on her Mother's Day Relief Society "party?" I don't know what to call it 😝. I get where she's coming from and it's so kind that she wants to serve all of the ladies. But I think that much food/ decoration/ prep/ clean up/ stuff is better suited for a week day. Isn't that the point of a relief society activity? Shouldn't Sunday be for a discussion/ lesson about Christ? Granted, I wasn't there and everyone may have been very spiritually fed. For me, personally, it's so distracting to have decorations. And that was SO MUCH FOOD. It looks like a reception or shower. What happened to church lessons? And thankfully for the next president the time will be much shorter. What are your thoughts?

ok I love some house projects and I understand the sense of rush with baby coming but it seems sooooo frantic and thrown together. Like she has Brad working all hours to do all these house projects and ....why? just so they can get bored again and run out of content and need to move again? I could get if she was having him do all the projects to draw out a ton of content over the next few months but it all feels so weirdly frantic.

Halle Murdoch constantly posting old boyfriend

Maybe this is harsh. But I just find it SO odd to be married to another man and constantly be posting about how you were supposed to be married to your high school boyfriend. I know that they were close in high school and he passed away young, I just wonder how her husband / husband’s fam feels about it? From an outsiders perspective it just really seems like she hasn’t fully healed/isn’t ready for another relationship? I’m sure she’s dealing with a lot it just seems very weird to be sharing it on TikTok instead of in therapy or a journal ….

Do you agree with Abby? I’d love the opinions of other moms of young families. I’m thinking about ditching the obligatory Mother’s Day dinner and staying home with my little family doing what I want to do. Is that rude? For context, my mom lives in another state and my husbands mom is not very involved (she’s a kind person, but only see her a few times a year despite only living a few towns over), my husbands stepmom is way more involved in our lives and would rather spend it with her side of the family if I’m not at home. Thoughts? Is Abby on to something or is it rude?
