This Spanish bungalow is roughly 900 sqft, proximate to Pershing x Copia, and within walking distance to Family Dollar, Valero & restaurants/bars in 5 Points @ Pershing x Piedras. There are multiple bus stops nearby and Memorial Park, a library, and the rose garden aren't terribly far by walk.

It has 2BR/1BA, kitchen, LR/DR, evap cooling, one off-street parking space, washing machine, mini-dryer, and has a studio tenant in the rear.

DM me for more details, but the approximate rent + utilities per month is @ $1,100 or less. I am downsizing, so there may be items available if interested (loveseat, recliner, rug(s), etc).

edit: updated info

Coming for the summer - should I drive or fly?

I have been accepted to participate in summer research at UTEP and am so excited!! I only have a couple of weeks to make arrangements and arrive. I live in Georgia. Flying seems more logical, but I'm not sure how manageable it will be to not have a car for the whole summer. Is it easy to get around with uber/etc. I think my housing is on campus, but I would still have to get to the store sometimes and I would like to explore the city some. Please help :)

Graduation Question

Hey everyone! How long do the graduation ceremonies usually last? (I am with the College of Liberal Arts on May 16th but I’m trying to plan out the day.) Thanks!

Thousands of people in multiple lines around Sun Bowl and were at a standstill. There’s no event staff around the lines giving updates, so everyone is completely clueless as to what will happen. I saw videos of people lined up on the mountain. Will never come to an event here ever again and probably will never come back to El Paso because of this. Thanks UTEP.

Summer Classes

This might be a dumb question. So summer 1 and 2, how do you register for them
separately? or is that not how it works? Im just confused because I need to take two classes but they over lap during summer 1.
