2. 04/17/2026: Second updatedAt change at 10:34:31 AM PDT for both 485 and 485J

1. 485: Case Forwarded to Field Office 04-17-2026. (SFV) SAN FERNANDO FIELD OFFICE.

1. 485J: Case Forwarded to LA Field Office 04/17/2026 according to first agent but 485J is with the National Benefits Center according to second agent. not sure who's right

I-765 and I-131 at Texas (TSC) since March 04 not updates.

Questions:

1. Has anyone else had their 485 and 485J separated into 2 different locations like this?

2. is this normal or should i talk to my lawyer to step in? from my understanding 485/485J should go together?

3. Any one have experience with SFVFO? What's your timeline like? is it a faster FO?

My attorney is set to send the package today. Will I still make it?

My lawyers filed my i-485 application yesterday to Pheonix Lockbox. Was wondering for anyone that also filed in April when you guys got the receipt? Hoping to know I should expect to get my receipt.

EB3 ROW, PD 09/2024

Hey everyone! I’m EB-3, RoW, and I’m submitting my I-140 and I-485 together under the April visa bulletin (they’re using Dates for Filing, so I was eligible).

Since EB-3 is current in Dates for Filing, I also applied for EAD/AP. I wanted to ask folks what timelines I should realistically expect: how long does it usually take to get the advance parole and EAD, and what’s a realistic wait for the green card itself?

Filed my I-485/I-130 end of March. Chicago Lockbox confirmed signed and received. It’s been 4 weeks now and nothing. No money pulled, no I-797, can’t even find my case on the USCIS site.

Lawyers are confident, they went through everything multiple times. Called USCIS, tried EMMA, both basically said just wait.

It’s a cross chargeability case if that matters. How long did it actually take for your payment to go through or receipt notice to show up? Just want to know this is normal

My pd is 09/01/2021, filled i-485 11/10/2022, had interview on 11/19/2024 at FO. At the time of interview submitted supplement J, medical i-693 and paystub. Interview was smooth. Since then case remains pending and is at NBC. Earlier this month I did inquiry request and got email mentioning my case is retrogressed. Today when i had chat with Emma it says my case was reviewed on 03/20/2026 and my case is current from 03/01/2026. Did anyone had similar case. Whats should i do? What would be the best solution so that they can approve my case?
