Week 4 post-filing – No payment deducted, no receipt notice yet. Cross-chargeability case. Anyone else in this boat?
Filed my I-485/I-130 end of March. Chicago Lockbox confirmed signed and received. It’s been 4 weeks now and nothing. No money pulled, no I-797, can’t even find my case on the USCIS site.
Lawyers are confident, they went through everything multiple times. Called USCIS, tried EMMA, both basically said just wait.
It’s a cross chargeability case if that matters. How long did it actually take for your payment to go through or receipt notice to show up? Just want to know this is normal
