Soon to be millionaire 💸
Bhim is spoiling me...in April...these cashback are small but not bad compared to paytm...active paytm user shifted to BHIM recently and liking it!!!
Do they stop after sometime?
Fastag lanes already chaotic, will removing cash fix or worsen it? 🤔
With cash payments being removed at toll plazas and UPI allowed at a higher charge without FASTag, this feels like a push toward full digital tolling. But considering how messy FASTag lanes already get sometimes, this will need proper on-ground management to avoid even more chaos. Do you think this move will actually make things smoother or create new problems?
Unable to login to Paytm – keeps showing "unknown source app" error even after Play Store install
I’m facing a weird issue with Paytm and not sure how to fix it.
Since last week, my Paytm app suddenly stopped working. It wouldn’t even open properly and kept getting stuck on the blue loading screen. So I uninstalled it and tried reinstalling from the Play Store, but the same issue continued.
Then I tried installing it from external sources (like APK sites), and the app finally opened. But when I tried to log in, it showed an error saying something like “unknown source app”.
After that, I again uninstalled it and reinstalled it from the Play Store thinking it would fix the issue—but now I’m still getting the same “unknown source app” error every time I try to log in, even though it’s installed from the official Play Store.
Has anyone else faced this issue? Any idea what might be causing this or how to fix it?
PhonePe Protect Activated - For Niagara Launcher users
Anyone using Niagara Launcher note that PhonePe Protect Activates whenever you try to send anything more than ₹1,000 to anyone else.
To 'fix' this you just have to disable the Niagara Launcher 'double tap to quick lock' service available through Android Accessibilty Settings.
Can't help but sigh at the enshittification of banking apps. So frustrating to use with the sacrifices one have to make.
(PS: I use GrapheneOS and for now PhonePe is the only UPI app that work for me anymore, otherwise I'd have gone for BHIM App)
Unable to Register UPI on SBI YONO 2.0 – Device Blocked Issue
I’m trying to register for UPI on SBI YONO (SBI 2.0), but I’m stuck with an error during the mobile number verification step.
As soon as I select my SIM and proceed, I get this message:
“Your request could not be processed – Device is Blocked.”
Because of this, I’m unable to complete the registration or activate UPI.
Details:
Using dual SIM phone (tried both SIM slots)
Correct mobile number is linked with SBI account
SMS sending works normally from my phone
Network is fine (no signal issues)
What I’ve already tried:
Restarting the phone
Reinstalling the app
Switching SIM slots
Ensuring the correct SIM is selected for SMS
Still getting the same “Device is Blocked” error.
Questions:
Has anyone faced this issue recently?
Is this a bank-side device block or app/security issue?
Any workaround or fix?
Receiving 10 rupees everyday from an unknown person since the past couple of days. What do I do?
There's nothing showing up in history in my UPI apps, just receiving text messages from the bank. Is there any way to track who it is with the ref ID? Thanks in advance.
