TTC - Tracking difficulties

LMP - 9th April
28[F]

No periods till today(13th May)

If pregnancy symptoms are absent and pregnancy test is negative is it always confirmed that I am not pregnant at this point.
Should I consider that this cycle I did not conceive.
My periods were regular from almost January till April and this time it has become somewhat irregular. I tried using ovulation trackers but it added more stress to the process so had to stop it.

History -Iam Trying to conceive actively since December.
My thyroid is normal, my complete blood count is normal , no PCOS , I have a subserosal fibroid of 1cm.
Activity- I walk for 1 hour minimum everyday (sometimes more) . My BMI is 26.
My partner is pre-diabetic and rest of the things are normal.

Help a girl understand ovulation testing 😭

Ive been testing everyday twice a day since my cycle started on April 27th. I was getting very faint lines up until yesterday when the line was dark but not dark enough to be a positive. This morning when I tested the line was very faint again so I’m very confused. There was less then 12 hours between taking the tests. Did I miss my ovulation window ?

Successful pregnancy stories after stopping depo shot

I was on the depo for 9 years and purposely missed my shot in April to try and have a baby. I’ve heard so many different stories and of course I’m now so scared of infertility. When did everyone get there period back after the missed shot ? Or do you not have to have the period to get pregnant? I wish I never went on the shot

Hello everyone,

I’m not sure if my request fits here or if it’s welcome, but I’ll try anyway.

I am 33 years old and had a missed miscarriage in January 2026. Since then, I have been trying to get pregnant again and I’m starting to feel desperate. It just doesn’t seem to work.

I am putting myself under a lot of pressure. I mostly avoid alcohol and don’t drink more than 200 mg of caffeine per day. I track my cycle and measure my BBT. I take all possible prenatal supplements—from CoQ10 (ubiquinol) to baby aspirin (I also have Raynaud’s disease), omega-3, vitamin D3, magnesium, ashwagandha, and folic acid.

I am restricting my life and my joy almost completely because of my wish to become pregnant.

Does anyone have any tips on what I could do? I can’t cope with this TTC pressure anymore.

My hope is that with the Mira tracker I can better understand my cycle and hopefully get pregnant again.

Does anyone here have a tracker they no longer need and would be willing to sell to me?

Kind regards
