I just did a quick breakdown on the 2026 Toyota Crown Signia XLE, and I feel like this is one of those vehicles that doesn’t fully make sense until you see it in person.

It’s kind of a mix between a sedan and a wagon/SUV, but with a standard AWD hybrid setup and a surprisingly premium interior. Doesn’t really have a direct competitor—closest might be an Outback or CR-V Hybrid, but it still feels different.

I also went over XLE vs Limited, and honestly the XLE seems like the better value for most people.

Curious what you guys think about the Crown lineup—does this type of vehicle actually make sense?

I had a chance to spend some time with a 2026 Corolla Cross LE AWD, and it got me thinking… a lot of people might be overlooking this instead of going straight to a RAV4.

This one was priced right around $30–31k with AWD, which is where it starts to get interesting.

Quick thoughts:

- 2.0L engine, ~169 hp (not fast, but totally fine for daily driving)

~30 MPG combined with AWD

- Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 standard

- Simple interior but has what you need (CarPlay, digital cluster, wireless charger)

- This one had heated seats + heated steering wheel which surprised me at this price

If you don’t need the extra space, the Corolla Cross feels like a smarter buy for a lot of people.

I had the chance to compare the 2026 Toyota 4Runner Limited and the Land Cruiser 1958 side by side, and it’s honestly one of the more interesting comparisons right now.

They’re basically the same price, but they’re built with completely different priorities.

The 4Runner Limited feels more like a traditional SUV with a focus on comfort, interior quality, and daily usability (leather, larger screen, ventilated seats, etc.).

The Land Cruiser 1958 goes the opposite direction—more stripped down inside but adds the hybrid i-FORCE MAX powertrain, significantly more torque, and better off-road hardware (locking diffs, Crawl Control, etc.).

It really comes down to what you value more:

• Comfort and tech (4Runner)
• Capability and torque (Land Cruiser)

A lot of the conversation around the 2026 Toyota RAV4 has been focused on the redesign, hybrid/PHEV setup, and interior changes — which makes sense.

But the more I looked into it, the more I think the bigger story is actually Toyota’s software direction.

Between Arene, the updated Toyota Audio Multimedia system, 5G connectivity, Toyota Safety Sense 4.0, built-in Drive Recorder, improved voice assistant, Digital Key, EV Domain for PHEV charging, and more… this feels like one of Toyota’s clearest steps yet toward software-defined vehicles.

To me, this is bigger than just “new tech features.” It feels like Toyota is starting to build the foundation for how future vehicles across the lineup will work.

Do you actually want more software and OTA capability in Toyotas? Or do you think Toyota should stay more simple and traditional?

I know this question comes up a lot so for anyone still shopping this is the Limited AWD in white w/JBL speaker upgrade. The best price I was able to get (minus tax/doc fees) was $41,699. (I am in the United States btw). Did I get the absolute best deal? I’m not sure…but this seemed like the best the dealer would do. We held out for a week after them not agreeing to our last offer, and they called us back today saying they needed to move inventory to get new cars in. So they agreed to our last offer and even took an additional $100 below that. I was about ready to pull the trigger on the Model Y at the .99% financing. But the overall cheaper price of the BZ and 0% APR from Toyota made it the best choice in our opinion.

I wanted to put together a review on a 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid XLE AWD because most of the videos I’ve seen out there seem to focus on the fully loaded trims.

This one felt more relevant since it’s probably closer to what a lot of actual buyers/families are going to be looking at if they want:

Quick breakdown of what actually changed for the 2027 Toyota Land Cruiser:

• Available high-mounted air intake (snorkel-style)
• Heated & ventilated second-row seats
• New exterior color (“Inked”)

Everything else is basically the same—same hybrid setup, full-time 4WD, and off-road capability.

So it’s more of a refinement year than anything.

Do you see the new ES as a smart move for Lexus, or does it lose some of what made the ES appealing in the first place?

I just did a full review on the 2026 RAV4 XSE Hybrid and wanted to share it here.

This trim feels like one of the best balances in the lineup — you get the sportier look (two-tone, black wheels), upgraded interior with heated/ventilated seats, and still around 40+ MPG with AWD.

I feel like most reviews are focused on the TRD Pro / Trailhunter / Off-Road trims, but not many people are really talking about the TRD Sport Premium.

Curious what you guys think of this trim.

I wanted to share the new 2026 Toyota bZ Woodland because I think this is one of the more interesting directions Toyota has taken with their EV lineup so far.

Compared to the standard bZ, this one gets a more wagon-like body, rugged styling, more usable space, and a stronger 375-hp AWD setup. Toyota is also estimating up to 281 miles of range, which drops a bit with the all-terrain tires.

To me, this feels like Toyota trying to make an EV that appeals a little more to the same crowd that likes trims like Woodland, TRD Off-Road, or even something like a softer outdoorsy Subaru-type buyer.

Curious what everyone thinks — is this a better direction for Toyota EVs?

Got the chance to spend some time going over a 2026 GR Corolla recently and figured I’d share a few quick impressions.

The biggest thing that stood out to me is how purpose-built this car feels. Between the GR-FOUR AWD system, the dual Torsen LSDs, and the fact it’s still manual-only, it really doesn’t feel like anything else in this price range.

Power-wise, the 300hp 3-cylinder actually feels stronger than the numbers suggest, especially with how the AWD puts it down. It’s definitely more of a raw, connected driving experience compared to a lot of newer performance cars.

Interior is exactly what you’d expect—nothing crazy, but very driver-focused. The digital cluster showing AWD distribution and turbo pressure is a nice touch.

Overall, I get why people are so into these. It feels like Toyota built this specifically for enthusiasts and didn’t over-soften it.

Just uploaded a full review on the 2026 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro and figured I’d share it here for anyone interested.

I go over the i-FORCE MAX hybrid setup (437 hp / 583 lb-ft), the FOX suspension, off-road features like Crawl Control and Multi-Terrain Select, and how it compares to trucks like the Raptor and ZR2.

Overall, I think Toyota did a really solid job balancing power, off-road capability, and everyday drivability with this truck—especially with the hybrid torque.
