Helppp... I just purchased a 15mg tirze because i thought yan ang starting dose turn out may mas lower doses pa pala... can i still start at that amount of dosage??

Kasi I bought mine sa Mr DIY lang. and feeling ko di sya totoo kasi dto pag nag weigh in ako nasa 82kg nagreregister pero last week nagpunta ko clinic, pag weigh in ko nasa 80kg na pala ko. So idk ang hirap magtrack tuloy ng weight.

Hi po, I’m being priced by my supplier ng 1,500 per shot. Binibigay sakin insulin syringe lang but when I asked for documentation/what vial eto yung pinakita. Overpriced po ba since base sa iba nakakkakuha sila ng 1,500-2,000 per vial na. Or may bearing po ba yung brand?

About to start Mounjaro in 2 days but just wondering if it will affect my weight training. I’ve recently taken up weight training and have been lifting for about 4 days a week and have been doing progressive overload so increasing the weights slowly every week. So ginawa ko tinanggal ko yung inject tapos nag inject ako sa right side naman 🥲🥲🥲 same syringe yun pero nilinis ko yung right side before ako mag inject 🥲🥲🥲🥲

Tapos another ponagooverthinkan ko naman, nag gym kasi ako tapos may gym equipment na yung parang sa lowerback sya so yung tyan ko na pinaginjectional ko para syang napress/napisil ba hahaha huhuhu sana gets nyo ganon. I stopped tirze last September 205 (50 units / 5mg) and I’m planning on doing tirze again. Should I start at my 50 units dosage? Or start again at 2.5mg?

I have been taking Tirzepatide for 8 weeks now (currently on 5mg on split dose) and so far, my weight loss was just 2-3kg at most. However I can feel my clothes get a little loose. Food noise is sometimes there but my appetite was lesser than before. What I am doing now is to eat even though I don’t feel like it or when I feel sooo hungry because I also don’t want to lose a lot of weight and have complications (e.g. gallstones, cholecystitis, pancreatits, etc.). I try to do OMAD and intermittent fasting as much as possible but due to my current work (healthcare), it’s hard to maintain a good schedule and habit.

I am diagnosed with PCOS and with my recent labs, (done last March 1), my HbA1C is 6.1 and my insulin levels are on the high side (forgot the numbers but the doctor said I have insulin resistance). My BMI is also in the obese category. This is the reason I started grey market tirzepatide.

Right now, I am stacking NAD+ and GHK-Cu. I am contemplating on maybe changing from Tirze to Reta but I am am still researching about it.

Any thoughts? I would appreciate your insights.
