Follow scripts and upsell

Chat Managers:

Manage a team of 10–15 chatters

Track performance and improve results

Coach team and hit revenue targets

Requirements:

Good English and communication skills

Sales-driven mindset

Stable internet connection

(For Managers) Leadership experience

Compensation:

Chatters: Biweekly pay plus performance bonuses

Managers:

$1500 (Month 1)

$2000 (Month 2)

$2000 plus commission (Month 3+)
