Chatters:

• Handle conversations (text only)

• Build connection & drive sales

• Follow scripts + upsell

Chat Managers:

• Lead 10–15 chatters

• Track performance & improve results

• Coach team & hit revenue targets

Requirements:

• Good English & communication

• Sales-driven mindset

• Reliable internet

• (Managers) leadership experience

Compensation:

• Chatters: Biweekly pay + bonuses

• Managers:

– $1500 (Month 1)

– $2000 (Month 2)

– $2000 + commission (Month 3+)

• Remote work + growth opportunity
