Flock cameras

Hey Stevens Point what's with all the flock cameras going up. Spotted one near the old simplicity cu on hoover and another on 66 between the Honda and Ford dealership?

Fuck that company. Call your alder and raise hell.

Appleton just shut theirs down. I think Oshkosh too.

ISO of Housing

Hey, can you tell me about the management at Candlewood and Oak Creek? I've heard they're not great, so I was just wondering how bad it really is. I've been looking for a rental in Stevens Point for ages using all the usual sites, but I haven't found anything yet. I was wondering if anyone here might know of a place available? I'm getting a little desperate with the search!

Requirements:

- Cat friendly (I have 2)

- Under $850 monthly

- Available August 1st

Preferred:

- 2 bed

- Garage space

- In unit laundry

- Prorated rent for July

Honestly though, I would take a studio; I'm not picky, just need a place as my current lease will be up August 1st. For reference, I do have a year of rental history with no evictions, and make roughly $24,000 a year, because I know some places offer discounted rent to low earners. Honestly, I was really looking forward to not having a roommate because my cats can be a bit skittish. Plus, I just had a really rough experience with a bad roommate situation, so I'm a little cautious about that. But I totally get that it limits my options.

Hey everyone, I'd really appreciate any help you could offer! I'm looking to rent a house, and figured it'd be worth asking if anyone in the community happens to be renting out theirs, or knows of a friend who is.

Thinking of places in and around point to find some morels. Standing rock looks promising. Anyone had luck there?

I fully realize this is like asking a fisherman for their honey hole. But appreciate any tips.
