I’m thinking of switching to one for work, but there are so many options and price ranges that it’s hard to know what’s actually worth it.

• Manual vs electric, what’s better in real use?
• Is height adjustment smooth and reliable over time?
• Any models that are solid but not overpriced?

Would really appreciate real experiences before I buy
