Since this is literally the 1st question I've ever asked about ANYTHING related to a PCC, please forgive my ignorance, but what's the best brace for the Kuna? The Strike brace looks uncomfortable as hell, & I know SB Tactical's braces ARE comfy. Which SB brace would be best? Or would a Sig pistol brace work on a Kuna?

Would I be correct in assuming something like a Steiner MPS would be a perfectly sufficient optic for a Kuna? I know I'm gonna put it on a riser & run BUIS as well.

Lastly, would a TLR-1HL be fine on a PCC, or should I go with an actual "long-gun light" light a Pro Tac 2.0?

Again, a PCC is about 3rd down my list of things I plan to purchase, & the Kuna seems pretty nice. But if I'm wrong & they have issues, I'd like to know that as well. I'm just now dipping my toe in this pool, so I'm trying to learn all I can.

Just got it all setup with a partisan trigger. Going to range after work today to test her out. Got it just a little over 8 weeks from ordering. The quality is def there. Hoping it runs smoothly. Will report back after the range session. Anyone still waiting hang in there guys!

I’m just coming up to 8 weeks and radio silence. I honestly wish they would have said like 12-14 weeks delay instead of 6-8 and if it comes earlier cool. Instead people are 10+ weeks and still nothing. Getting a bit frustrating considering how much money dished out.

What type of subsonic ammunition do ya’ll run through your Kuna when running suppressed?

I’m still waiting on my Nexus lower, and my Form 1 approval but wanted to stack up on some ammo in advance.

There’s a good deal on the new Blazer 147gr Clean Fire Suppressor ammo- has anyone run that yet? Specifically under FRT?

Hey all, so I just received my lower yesterday just a few days after the 8 week waiting period (order on 3/14).

To start off the packaging was pretty neat and clean. Zero complaints there. Even provided instructions with all the parts that came with it.

The quality of the lower is actually top notch, no offense but I expected something decent but not the best. That’s not the case, this exceeded my expectations.

Customer service along the way was meh but overall decent. They answered my emails fairly quickly and the people from nexus were responsive here. I will admit I was a bit frustrated with the wait and lack of updates with delays but it’s really worth it once you receive it.

Finally the testing - I ran about 300ish rounds with various ammo and not a single failure in semi and enhanced semi modes. Ran it suppressed and unsuppressed. With it unsuppressed it did chug a little slower and it was easier to shut down if I pulled the trigger hard in enhanced semi mode.

Overall I am beyond impressed and don’t regret this purchase one bit. Even if you don’t intended to FRT, the aluminum lower quality, choice of any AR trigger and scorpion evo mags are worth it alone.

Build:

Nexus lower paddle version.
Partisan disruptor trigger.
Rare breed trip.
Reduced firing pin spring.

Does anyone know what if any type of pistol grip works on the stock Kuna? Any aftermarket trigger?

What happened to the file? It's no longer on the see or index. Apparently there's one slight bigger and I was trying to get that as all I have is the original.

Also, has anyone printed it? I did in PA6-CF and it was too small, I literally had to hammer it on to my Kuna and even then it didn't really line up very well. Was using 300blkfde's settings. Do I need to scale up?

This being my first pcc and folding brace, I’m just wondering if it is supposed to be so hard to open the brace? I see a lot of people switching to other braces with their Kuna and just need to know if I switch my SI brace will it still be a hassle to open quickly?
