This game mode would actually be fun if you could portal with the ball like the old days instead of getting super speed imo.
Its very odd. Ever since I got this g7 pro 8k controller my game is crashing mid matches. I am aware my pc needs to be strong enough to handle the 8k. So I lowered my setting a bit. Still crashing. Any ideas??
I dont know if anyone recognizes me as sceoz, i pretty much only play splitball especially because i love the movement. personally enjoying the new mode it’s definitely not the most challenging or thought provoking but im able to get 20+ caps often and even 30 here which can make for some fun

I know I know. I'm in the minority here.
But what I've always enjoyed about Splitgate 1 and 2 now. Is the incredible gun play. The guns feel very good. The movements are nice as far as the sliding. Run speed.
The maps have always been good. Power pickups are nice. Good balance.
It reminds me of halo. As somebody who still plays halo infinite for example and still enjoys it.
Splitgate feels like that but with portals. And for me I never liked the portals. Yes I get it. That's literally why it's called split gate. But it just doesn't do it for me. I like general shooters. Halo, COD, Battlefield, apex etc.
For the regular audience the portals are very bad for the long term health of games like this. It hits as fact that has been proven with both Splitgates. I knew groups of people who tried this game said the gameplay was great but hated portals and when back to halo, COD, apex etc.
I mean please what's an arena shooter without a regular ffa ?
Just add it to the quickplay queuing, what does it cost anyway ?
Team modes are getting tiring whithout having friends to queue with lol. And i've always prefered ffa in all shooters, it suits this game so well. OITC is zzzz and gun game is great but also zzzz at some point.
Literally queued into a game of ranked for 5 mins and couldn’t find a game im in silver rank cuz I barely play then I queued into a game of quick play and still couldn’t find a game
I'm on PS5 and I recently blocked someone in Splitgate. 2 matches later, I match with them again. Why? How? What must I do to eject this pustule of a person from my matches?

The issues themselves are annoying but low-ish impact. We've seen players report new lag spikes, occasional disbanding of matches, and Lab maps not saving. We're not sure if every player is impacted and its possible that you won't see any of these issues most of the time.

I have supported this game through purchasing cool things in the store. I love the guns with death effects. Why do I see no change in the store offerings week after week? Are we not going to see new stuff any more? Asking for a friend.

I've been playing some other games alongside Splitgate, and in Halo I see there's weapon display offsets options, and I think those would be a great addition for the game personally.

Splitgate is not recognizing my kills for mastery. Is anyone else having this issue?
