Hi everyone,

I’m relocating to Delhi next month for work (office on Nelson Mandela Road, Vasant Kunj) and looking to team up with 1–2 like-minded people to rent a 2–3 BHK furnished/semi-furnished apartment together.

I’m currently exploring options but would prefer finding the right flatmates first so we can lock in a good place instead of settling for a PG.

---

**Preferred Areas (priority order):**

* Vasant Kunj (Sector B / C / D)

* Kishangarh Village

* Mahipalpur / Rangpuri (if commute is within ~15 mins)

* Mehrauli (good pockets only)

* Saket (open if the flat is worth it)

---

**Budget:**

* Target: ₹10k–₹15k per person (flexible depending on flat & sharing)

---

**What we’re looking for:**

* 2–3 BHK, furnished or semi-furnished

* Clean, well-ventilated, decent building

* Functional kitchen, basic appliances preferred

* Not overly congested or noisy surroundings

---

**About Me:**

* Working professional

* Into fitness and badminton (active routine)

* Prefer a clean, organized living space

* Chill, respectful, and not into a chaotic/party setup

---

**Ideal Flatmates:**

* Working professionals preferred

* Clean, responsible, and easy to live with

* Similar lifestyle (balanced, not too loud)

---

If you’re also looking for a place, or already have a flat and need a flatmate, feel free to DM. Happy to connect, discuss, and move quickly if it’s a good fit.

Appreciate any leads thanks!

Fully-furnished 2BHK Apartment in South Delhi | For people who want a home and not just a room

Hey!

I'll be making a fully-furnished 2BHK available in the first week of June.

Before I get into the details, let me help you figure out if this is even worth your time.

This is for you if you:

  1. Work or study in South Delhi or along the Yellow and Magenta metro lines
  2. Want to move into a home without the hassle of sourcing furniture, AC, fridge, kitchenware, LPG connection, bedsheets, pillow covers etc.
  3. Want Wi-Fi and a fully-automatic washing machine, with a proper place to dry your clothes in the sun
  4. Want shops, pharmacies, stationeries within a few minutes
  5. Want DTC bus and metro connectivity
  6. Want a beautiful green terrace with arguably the best sunset views over the cityscape
  7. Want a good cloud kitchen with free home delivery right nearby

And in my opinion, most importantly, a warm and caring (but non-intrusive) host family.

I (20M), live upstairs with my mom and dad (in their 40s). I have been a Superhost on Airbnb for months now. I’ve hosted guests all over the country and 8 international guests as well. I’ve had solo-travellers, tons of young couples and families as well.

All our guests have shown gratitude for making them feel right at home even in a different city and country altogether.

I’d love to be friends with you and you can call me if you need any help or want company with games, sports and movies. If you’re a woman, you can always reach out to my mom, she’s the kindest and most chill mother ever.

About the flat:

You can take the whole place or just a room. You can also share a room with a friend, partner, or sibling.

A room will cost you about 22K/month. No hefty deposits or surprise maintenance fees. We’re also very chill if there are reasonable delays.

Yes, it's more than what you'll find elsewhere and I won't pretend otherwise.

But here's what I'd ask you to think about: after a long day, what do you want to come home to? A place that just works or a place that actually feels like yours?

If the budget is firm, find something practical that covers the basics. That's a completely valid choice.

But if you have some flexibility, don't decide on price alone. Think about the months ahead. Think about the Sunday mornings, the evenings after work, the friends you'll have over. A home shapes your day more than we give it credit for.

If this feels right, DM me and I’ll be happy to help you out with more details.

Cheers and have a lovely day!

Here are the photos to give you a better idea of the property:

Hi! I am moving out of Delhi, so letting out my 2.5-year occupied room in a 3 BHK setup where I lived with two of my best friends, both lawyers. We're looking for a male flatmate to takeover.

It's in South Delhi - near Ashram chowk (2 mins from Ashram metro - just search Nagar Apartments). It's pretty affordable, ₹16,000 a month, quite comfy. There is parking and EV-charging (I use an Ola, that's also up for sale), it is very close to Mathura Road, so 15 minutes from Central Delhi, 15 minutes to DefCol, 10 mins to Cult gyms, 20 mins to Saket, 15-20 mins pretty much everywhere, so superb location.

The area outside is a little bit pleb in looks but has been pretty fine - no noises, no direct traffic; swiggy instamart delivers in under 5 mins.

The room's are pretty nice and fully furnished. I leave behind my table, a shoe stand, lots of utensils; obviously, the fridge, washing machine, bed mattress, two huge wardrobes, and washrooms, which are pretty nice. Water has been consistent, so no issues as such. Very comfortable, very nice to be in, and great people to be with.

Takeover costs:

- Rent: 16k a month;

- Deposit: 16K

- One-time furniture, electronics, utensils, study table, shoe stand takeover cost: 15,000

- Also available for purchase: CoWay air purifier, Bajaj heater, Monte Carlo blanket, Ola S1 pro two wheeler, and Lenovo monitor.
