Fully-furnished 2BHK Apartment in South Delhi | For people who want a home and not just a room
Hey!
I'll be making a fully-furnished 2BHK available in the first week of June.
Before I get into the details, let me help you figure out if this is even worth your time.
This is for you if you:
- Work or study in South Delhi or along the Yellow and Magenta metro lines
- Want to move into a home without the hassle of sourcing furniture, AC, fridge, kitchenware, LPG connection, bedsheets, pillow covers etc.
- Want Wi-Fi and a fully-automatic washing machine, with a proper place to dry your clothes in the sun
- Want shops, pharmacies, stationeries within a few minutes
- Want DTC bus and metro connectivity
- Want a beautiful green terrace with arguably the best sunset views over the cityscape
- Want a good cloud kitchen with free home delivery right nearby
And in my opinion, most importantly, a warm and caring (but non-intrusive) host family.
I (20M), live upstairs with my mom and dad (in their 40s). I have been a Superhost on Airbnb for months now. I’ve hosted guests all over the country and 8 international guests as well. I’ve had solo-travellers, tons of young couples and families as well.
All our guests have shown gratitude for making them feel right at home even in a different city and country altogether.
I’d love to be friends with you and you can call me if you need any help or want company with games, sports and movies. If you’re a woman, you can always reach out to my mom, she’s the kindest and most chill mother ever.
About the flat:
You can take the whole place or just a room. You can also share a room with a friend, partner, or sibling.
A room will cost you about 22K/month. No hefty deposits or surprise maintenance fees. We’re also very chill if there are reasonable delays.
Yes, it's more than what you'll find elsewhere and I won't pretend otherwise.
But here's what I'd ask you to think about: after a long day, what do you want to come home to? A place that just works or a place that actually feels like yours?
If the budget is firm, find something practical that covers the basics. That's a completely valid choice.
But if you have some flexibility, don't decide on price alone. Think about the months ahead. Think about the Sunday mornings, the evenings after work, the friends you'll have over. A home shapes your day more than we give it credit for.
If this feels right, DM me and I’ll be happy to help you out with more details.
Cheers and have a lovely day!
