hello guys! i will visit saskatoon soon and stay for a few months, so i wanted to know how likely it is that i can pursue my hobbies over there.

i love to play and listen to music. i already heard about a jazz festival starting in june. are there any other places or events that i should check out for getting into the music scene there? i like open jams, concerts and actually anything that includes music!

besides that, i like to go skateboarding. are there any skate parks, skate shops or events that you could recommend?

i am looking forward to my stay in saskatoon!
greetings from europe!! :))

Hi everyone, My bf and I have been living in Saskatoon for a few years now but never really got to explore much since we were both broke students. We finally graduated, so we’re excited to make the most of this summer.

We’re looking for fun but affordable things to do like day trips, lakes, scenic spots, hidden gems, nice sunset views, etc.

So far we’ve only been to Pike Lake and Blackstrap and loved the chill vibes. We’re also thinking of trying camping for the first time, but something beginner-friendly I guess. But we can’t do hikes since we both have some work/sport injuries, but short/easy walks are totally fine.

Would appreciate any recommendations within a couple hours of Saskatoon. Thanks 🙏
