My boyfriend is graduating from Usask soon and I really wanna make the day feel special for him, but I’m kinda stuck on ideas. He’s a pretty introverted guy so I know he wouldn’t enjoy anything huge or super attention-heavy.

I was thinking maybe after the ceremony we could do a picnic by the riverside/lake with good food and all that but we already do that pretty often so I’m wondering how to make it feel more special or if I should do something completely different instead.

For people who are more introverted/private, what kind of graduation celebration would actually feel memorable and enjoyable?

Also gift ideas please, he’s super into soccer, travelling, perfumes, shoes/sneakers, and Marvel/DC stuff. I wanna to give something thoughtful, not just random.

Also if anyone knows a local bakery in Saskatoon that has both good prices and actually good cakes, let me know.

I was thinking of keeping my total budget for everything around $200.

Hi everyone, My bf and I have been living in Saskatoon for a few years now but never really got to explore much since we were both broke students. We finally graduated, so we’re excited to make the most of this summer.

We’re looking for fun but affordable things to do like day trips, lakes, scenic spots, hidden gems, nice sunset views, etc.

So far we’ve only been to Pike Lake and Blackstrap and loved the chill vibes. We’re also thinking of trying camping for the first time, but something beginner-friendly I guess. But we can’t do hikes since we both have some work/sport injuries, but short/easy walks are totally fine.

Would appreciate any recommendations within a couple hours of Saskatoon. Thanks 🙏
