I’m posting this to ask for help for Hajra, a 55-year-old widow from Hyderabad, Sindh, Pakistan, who is currently fighting stage 3 breast cancer.

I’m sharing this here because I have previously seen Reddit help someone in a similar situation, and it truly made a difference.

After her husband, Muhammad Ramzan, passed away, Hajra has been surviving alone while raising her 10-year-old son, Lateef. They live in a small rented house with no electricity and no gas. Her financial situation was already very weak before cancer was diagnosed.

She has four married daughters, but they are all struggling financially and are unable to support her. Right now, Hajra and her son are essentially alone in this difficult situation.

Her cancer was confirmed through biopsy, and doctors have advised urgent treatment. She has been going to government hospitals because private treatment is not possible for her. Even basic hospital visits are now difficult because she cannot afford transportation, medicines, tests, proper food, or follow-ups.

So far, someone from my circle has helped with her biopsy and some medicines, but her condition requires ongoing and consistent support. I can also share her medical reports and biopsy results for verification if needed..

Sadapay vs Naya pay for international trasections

Nayapay never banned my account. I paid multiple times, failed transaction fees to Nayapay.

After being blocked for quite some time because of too many declined transactions, my account has finally been restored by SadaPay 🙌
Not only that, I also received my withheld WHT refund back successfully.
Honestly didn’t expect the process to go this smoothly after contacting support and explaining the situation properly.
For anyone else facing the same issue:
Stay polite with support
Explain the reason clearly
Be patient because responses can take time
Glad everything is sorted now 😭🙏

Yesterday I received an email from sadapay and they reactivated my account and surprisingly i got tax refund of 5582 in my account 😂

I think it’s enough back and forth requesting and emailing. RIP Sadapay for me. Leaving the subreddit now. Have a good one guys. Better leave it sooner than later.

My ios is unmodified, i try to recover my account (i forgot the pin) it says sent code on WhatsApp but i get nothing.
And then after a minute it gives me this.
What can i do now?

Sometimes companies only start responding seriously when customers stop using soft corporate language and start speaking directly.

Interesting how one short sentence suddenly triggered long policy emails, “mutual respect” lectures, and even office addresses:

• Ufone Tower, 9th Floor, Jinnah Avenue, Blue Area, Islamabad
• DIFC Gate Avenue, Dubai

So apparently there are offices when it’s time to defend company image, but “no physical branches” when customers need accountability.

People should stop feeling intimidated by fintech companies. If support is poor, call it out publicly and confidently. Customers deserve transparency, real communication, and proper solutions — not copy-paste templates pretending to care.

It’s been more than a year that these sh*theads promised me that the funds from my so called suspended sadapay account will be transferred to the given account but here we aree.

I don't know I've post it earlier but someone tries to do unknown transactions over my sadapay virtual card and apparently i found out sadapay don't have any report a transactions option and if you want to report it you have to talk to ai chat and they don't even close my bank account, kindly someone tell me how to do it.
