Interesting how one short sentence suddenly triggered long policy emails, “mutual respect” lectures, and even office addresses:

So apparently there are offices when it’s time to defend company image, but “no physical branches” when customers need accountability.
People should stop feeling intimidated by fintech companies. If support is poor, call it out publicly and confidently. Customers deserve transparency, real communication, and proper solutions — not copy-paste templates pretending to care.
