Most of the mods I want to add are simple like friends forever, NPC map locations, and chests anywhere. I'm assuming these will work on multiplayer because they only affect me, but what about mods like the skull cavern elevator or beach minecart?

I have made a few mods now and have had a few people ask for Android compatibility. I don’t have anyway of testing so I was wondering what’s involved with making mods Android compatible?

I know Android needs CP 2.8.1 and looking at the release notes it doesn’t seem like anything huge changed between then and 2.9.1 which is the Format I’m using. Is it as simple as changing the format to 2.8.1 in the mods content.json? I know there must be more to it than that right?

I have no idea how to use SMAPI. I watched all kinds of videos and they were confusing. Could someone help?

I finally got a new computer a MacBook and you can guarantee Ive already added Stardew on my second day of having it but ita not allowing me to add smapi so I can mod it finally. It keeps saying could have malware and its blocking the download. Frustrated and Im new to macbook so its a whole new learning process. Anyone have this problem and have suggestions? Id greatly greatly appreciate. I was hoping to relax on motherday and enjoy a little gaming.

https://smapi.io/log/a681cd29f26344a784823130e83ada0d As you can see, I'm supposed to see an event on my farm first thing in the morning, but it simply fades to black and goes on into gameplay again, and when I try to re-trigger it by going in and out of the house, the event is already gone from Event Lookup. This isn't the only event skipped because from SVE mod, there is supposed to be a follow up event after \"Advanturer's Guild with Void Shard\" event, but when I go to Rasmodius tower, it goes into gameplay directly and then the event with the wizard is also gone from Event Lookup without triggering a cutscene. I tried reinstalling literally everything from SMAPI itself, Stardew Valley from Steam, each and every single mod I have (I redownloaded all of them straight from nexusmods and delete the old files), but the event skip glitch keeps happening. I don't even know what mod or setting is causing this because the skipped events aren't just from one expansion mod (I have SVE, Ridgeside Village, East Scarp non-customized, Downtown Zuzu non-customized).

I'm kinda confused on how to use a mod on Android, specifically on my honor tablet. And I low-key need a visual tutorial if anyone could help me, but you can tell me how to do it too but I'm just wondering how, I've tried to download the mobile smapi and tried the mods but it doesn't work (cbj) is it cause they're not available for newer version of Stardew? And I also can't find mods (aesthetic or smth don't judge pls) that's available on mobile on Nexus so please help me I'm genuinely going insane over this/j

Hello everyone. I've recently added Cape Stardew to my game and am very much enjoying the content thus far! That being said, I am struggling at the moment to complete "Jelli's Request". I am unsure if I am simply not seeing a pathway available to me, or if I may be missing a prerequisite item/quest. If someone could offer some advice, or if there is an available map online I could use as a reference, I would be very grateful! Thank you so much.

My friend and I are 140 hours into our Stardew gameplay. We both have downloaded the Stardew Valley VERY Expanded mod collection from Vortex and there have been no issues so far. However, we just added on a Pokemon Trinket mod today. All we did was download the mod via Vortex, make sure it was enabled, and booted up the game. The Pokemon Trinkets mod worked just fine. But now, Cirrus is stuck in the Lionsmane (which I haven't unlocked yet as I am still at 1 heart with her, but my friend is at 12 hearts with her and has unlocked the Lionsmane). I would still see her around town up until today. Then, my friend went to the Lionsmane to talk to her and she had walked through the wall, and she now gets stuck in the black part of the tile map where she can't be reached. She will no longer leave the Lionsmane, either. Any ideas on how I could fix this without just getting rid of the Pokemon Trinkets mod? I've included a pic of my SMAPI error log. Thanks in advance.
