Does anyone have a referral to a notary. Needing one pretty quick.

This case is still open in the courts.

I got someone from Socket Fiber knocking on my door last week asking if I'd like to have a trial for their fiber network. It looked like a better deal than what I'm currently having so I said why not and had an appointment. Today I got a message from Investment Realty saying it is not allowed without their approval.

Should I just cancel the appointment?

Hi everyone. I am an international student who got accepted into Missouri S&T university in bachelor's in CS, with an annual scholarship of $15,000. The other offer I got is from Penn State university, BS in CS in University Park campus(main campus) without scholarship. My ambition is to get employment into the R&D of AI or a software developer who augment or uses AI to build products. As being an international student, I NEED to do internships in companies providing H-1B visas, like Boeing, MAANG companies, etc. to get the chance for pre placement offer(PPO). I want to ask that what is the ground reality of internships in MS&T university which students are facing. Is it easy to get internships in such companies or very difficult to get these internships? How is the actual real ground scene of education in these universities? how are professors, career support and all? Are the students fighting to just pass? Does MS&T provide any support to learn AI use or building? And other cons worth knowing about. Current MS&T university students please respond or anyone educated about this.

Current junior in HS earning that dual credit. I don't mind if it only counts as a liberal arts credit, but I would prefer not having to take that class my freshman year. If it does not cover it, what community college class would?

I used to live and work in Rolla for some time about eight years ago, and am now living just outside of NYC. I frequently fantasize about living again in Rolla or perhaps somewhere similar to it, with its low cost of living, easy access to rural sights, and the lack of hustle and bustle.

How are things going there? What has changed in the past eight years? Any interesting details? Does anyone else miss it like I do?

Hey everyone. Im a 32 year old "athlete" lol I was but im trying to get back to doing the things I love. I was hoping that I didn't miss sign-ups to play softball but If I remember correctly I need to be on a team. I am in decent shape. Played about 6 years of baseball and would love to get back at.
