Advice on ground reality of Missouri S&T university

Hi everyone. I am an international student who got accepted into Missouri S&T university in bachelor's in CS, with an annual scholarship of $15,000. The other offer I got is from Penn State university, BS in CS in University Park campus(main campus) without scholarship. My ambition is to get employment into the R&D of AI or a software developer who augment or uses AI to build products. As being an international student, I NEED to do internships in companies providing H-1B visas, like Boeing, MAANG companies, etc. to get the chance for pre placement offer(PPO). I want to ask that what is the ground reality of internships in MS&T university which students are facing. Is it easy to get internships in such companies or very difficult to get these internships? How is the actual real ground scene of education in these universities? how are professors, career support and all? Are the students fighting to just pass? Does MS&T provide any support to learn AI use or building? And other cons worth knowing about. Current MS&T university students please respond or anyone educated about this.

Advice for ground reality in Penn State university park CS

Hi I was recently accepted into university park campus in CS, without scholarship. I wanted to ask that apart from bluff and fluff what is the real scene of placements and internships for CS students just after graduation. Like I reffered to the QS world and THE ranking and it gave a lot of positive perspective about Penn State but when I contacted my father's friend who is WHO Asia head, he said that getting a job is very difficult and the university is not even in top 100 and the quality has decreased and then he connected me with a person who did her undergrad from Penn State, and she said that in today's date she thinks grad school is what matters.

So I am confused should I take a student debt or not, is it worth it or not. I am an international student.
