Now it’s too damn hot to ride! 101° today in South Florida.
So I came on here two weeks ago with a clutch issue and the group helped me out greatly. Once the issue was fixed I took it and traded in my 2016 for the 2023 special, only 1407 miles, so I was excited to say the least to have pretty much a new bike. The exhaust already had rinehart 4.5” slip ons so there wasn’t much for me to do right away.
I got it home in the rain (from out of state) and got to ride it the next day. I hit a pretty good dip in the road and the bike immediately shutdown. I didn’t hit the kill switch. It took me about 4x to get the bike to turnover and immediately saw the check engine light as well as the ABS light on the dash were lit up. I got the bike home and ran the diagnostics and the following codes were present:
P1100h
P1511h
P2100h
C0077h
C1100h
Any thoughts while I await the dealership to call me back?
Got two of my bikes up and running great again (roadglide and chopper) so took them both out Sunday for a ride with the boys
I’ve done the stereotypical sportster to dyna and now looking at a bagger.
Ultras are way cheaper in my area for the equivalent street glide road glide. Other than removing tour pack, maybe needing rewiring for rear signals and license plate relocate, what am I missing here? New suspension mandatory?
I know they have simpler infotainment and that’s fine by me. Specifically way looking at a 2015 road glide ultra and stripping it down.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
I’ve been searching marketplace for a while now and came across this, is this a good deal for a 23 road glide asking $25k
I spent the day & the evening in this charming little Texas town.
I just love cruising around Jordan on my Roadglide.
What an amazing feeling.
Hey all, i am brand spanking new to the Harley/Cruiser scene, came from a long line of sport bikes, once I have my engine broken in, I plan on doing some stuff to the bike, I have a slip on exhaust right now and plan on doing a full system in the future, I ultimately plan on doing a stage 3 upgrade but not the standard Screaming eagle kit, parts costs aside, what is the average cost for labor? ( by each stage upgrade) is there anything else to be mindful of or look out for?
I need to trailer my 2024 Road Glide and I’m planning to use the U-Haul motorcycle trailer. I used the U-Haul trailer a few times with smaller bikes and there was not issue
I’m wondering if anyone has experience using that trailer with the RG? Any concerns or tips?
Anyone gotten the 3 hole kit from Amazon? Is the oil with a crap??
