Update 5:30 PM EST 4/10

Hi Everyone,

I will be updating this sub later tonight with all relevant links and pricing details for each option we will be offering moving forward, along with instructions on how to access them.

Additionally, Klarna and Affirm are now live within the new CRM. At this time, we will be utilizing both systems, as certain medications will be available through one platform or the other. This approach will help minimize confusion by keeping access streamlined through separate, clearly designated links.

Our current pharmacy options will include Hallandale (no additive), BPI (B6), and Greenwich (glycine).

We will also let existing customers know the next steps. If you order in the new CRM meaning the spring sale link today it will be Greenwich (Glycine)..

Updates would be nice

I've seen the one pinned post from a couple days ago on the ProRX situation - thanks! Completely understand Refills is likely scrambling behind the scenes, however I think more frequent updates from Refill is in order.

I follow several telehealth's on reddit, like I'm sure a lot do, and they either are communicating daily on the situation or already have alternative options in place.

Silence will only hurt your business in these times.

Just one person's opinion.

PS: I'm personally interested in knowing how you are planning to handle pending orders for those with 6 month treatments pending the final 3 vials @ 72mg each.

Good news!

I panic ordered immediately after the ProRx news and already just got my notification and tracking order from Refills/FedEx! I kinda felt like I had enough already, but after this order, I am officially stocked for the apocalypse.

Packaged great and very thankful

I'm so thankful I was able to get this. It was delivered yesterday and came ice cold and packaged very well. Bud is March 13/14, 2027. This is for my month 4-6. Thanks Taylor for all your help. I've been very happy with Refills all around.

Is this normal?

Decided to take a chance and place an order yesterday with all the prorx stuff going down however I’m wondering if this is normal?? My previous titrations and vial orders have always come up like the second picture with the mg/ml dosage but this new order I place yesterday says flex dose 4ml? Forgive me if I’m ignorant on the way things work I just started using refills this year. Also I was immensely surprised bc I just placed this order yesterday and it shipped today and already says it’ll be delivered tomorrow that’s never happened to me even when I first placed an order and that was pretty fast. Wondering if anyone can give me some insight.

Anyone else order Monday and still waiting?

Still says sent to pharmacy. I see others who ordered yesterday and it’s shipped. I called the pharmacy, wrote Taylor, wrote customer service and no response. I wish they were filling orders in the order they were received :(

BUD after puncture

I tried searching the sub and didn’t find my answer. After reviewing our options and reading that Hallandale has BUD of up to 30 days after puncture, it made me realize I don’t know what it waa with prorx. I’m a little nervous because when I recieved my first order, I punctured the wrong vial at first so I’m worried I wasted a whole vial now that it’s the second month!
