Update 5:30 PM EST 4/10

Hi Everyone,

I will be updating this sub later tonight with all relevant links and pricing details for each option we will be offering moving forward, along with instructions on how to access them.

Additionally, Klarna and Affirm are now live within the new CRM. At this time, we will be utilizing both systems, as certain medications will be available through one platform or the other. This approach will help minimize confusion by keeping access streamlined through separate, clearly designated links.

Our current pharmacy options will include Hallandale (no additive), BPI (B6), and Greenwich (glycine).

We will also let existing customers know the next steps. If you order in the new CRM meaning the spring sale link today it will be Greenwich (Glycine)..

Refills Health Pro Rx Update

Hey everyone quick update based on what’s been circulating today.

We’ve spoken directly with our partners at ProRX, and they’ve confirmed they are halting production of GLP-1-GIP medications effective immediately. This is due to regulatory direction they received per the FDA. We expect more clarity over the next few days as more information becomes public.

What this means for Refills patients:

•	Your care is NOT affected. Your provider relationship, prescriptions, and treatment plans all remain in place.

•	Short-term supply: Current ProRX inventory should cover the next several business days of fulfillment.

•	Continuity plan in motion: We’re actively working with additional pharmacy partners to avoid any disruption in treatment.

•	More updates coming soon: We’ll share confirmed details on pharmacy options and formulations as soon as they’re finalized.

We know updates like this can be frustrating. This space moves quickly, and our priority is to keep you informed in real time rather than waiting until every detail is finalized.

We’ll continue sharing updates as we get them over this next week.

Thank you,

Refills
