The tank itself is 33cm wide, 72cm long and 40cm tall.

The stock list are 5 sexy shrimp, one porcelain crab, 3 cerith snails, 1 Astra snail, 3 nassarius snail and a single tailspot blenny.

It’ll be a mix of macroalgea and soft corals, I might add a sponge because some people love saying that because of my macroalgea.

But anyways I feel I need more?
I like my tanks with lots of diversity and movement, originally I wanted a damsel fish but they need a 30 gallon minimum.

Any suggestions?

Got a compact 4-stage RO/DI setup (sediment, carbon, membrane, DI). It’s been running a while (filters… let’s just say overdue 😬) and now I need to source replacement parts.

From what I can tell it’s all fairly standard 10” housings and 1/4” push fit, but before I start ordering blind:

• Best place for decent replacement kits (UK)? • Any recommended brands (or ones to avoid)? • Worth swapping the membrane at the same time? • Anyone upgraded bits (pressure gauge / pump) and seen a real difference?

Also conscious my waste ratio is rubbish at the moment and I am now On a water meter. Even contemplated tap water!!!!! Dum dum dum 😂 so open to tweaks while I’m at it.

Appreciate any advice

I have 2 clowns 2 cerith 2 nassarius 2 trochus 1 emerald crab A bunch a micro brisle stars

My nitrates are around .5 and phosphates are around 0.05

I need some fish, snail and invert stocking suggestions for a 15 gallon invasive/pest reef tank

The tank in question is 29cm wide, 58cm long and 42cm tall.

Originally I just wanted one treed tank, but I really wanted pulsing Xenia and blue octodes, but they’re highly invasive so I thought why not have an invasive reef?

For macroalgae I have blue octodes and caulerpa taxifolia, for corals I’m thinking Kenya tree, pulsing Xenia, green star polyps and mushrooms.

And for inverts I was thinking a Pom Pom crab.

I like inverts but also like colourful gorgeous fish!

Any suggestions guys? I’d like this set up to be low maintenance as it’ll be a pest/invasive tank as the macroalgea and corals will be battling it out.

Shriveled Hammer

I got a green hammer about a month ago and it was doing great for the first 2 weeks. It started shriveling 2 weeks ago and now it’s seemed to shrivel up completely. I’ve done water changes for the past 5 days and i’m not sure why it’s still shriveled. please help!

Is there a less flighty version of the yasha goby? The pistol shrimp I have in mind is a candy cane pistol shrimp

Looking for help IDing this coral.

Each polyp has a large stony tube shaped base. From what I can tell it is for sure a LPS coral. The tips look exactly like goniopora, however skeleton does not make sense for this. From what I can tell all extension is stony with small fleshy tips.

Thoughts on my coral choices for my 20 gallon reef tank and any suggestions for possibly more?

Thoughts on my coral choices for my 20 gallon reef tank and any suggestions for possibly more?

The tank’s dimensions are 33cm wide, 72cm long and 40cm tall.

The corals I’m thinking a Kenya tree, Duncan, blue green sympodium and mushroom corals.

It’ll also have macro algae like the red bamboo macroalgae, Red Grape macroalgae, Cryptonemia Crenulata, dead man's fingers macroalgae, branching hex macroalgae and orange galaxy macroalgae.

I like diversity and movement, but I’m also kinda lazy so stuff that likes dirty water and okay for beginners.

And zoanthids
