Can she still make good use of PEN despite already having def shred?

Got this disk 5 while farming and now I'm wondering if I should stick with it or keep trying to get a better ice dmg% disk. I also added my other options for slot 5, but they're pretty meh

Should I pull???

The thing is, my account doesn't have much valuable anomaly agents, the ones I do have are Miyabi, Vivian, Yuzuha for support(my only functioning anomaly team btw), Yanagi and Piper both with garbage builds, and I don't wanna use them bcs of their gameplay, that's just isn't for me. And, since we all know that Velina is going to be a wind anomaly agent, and wind element is going to be crucial, I want to jump right into the endgame. I have ~190 pulls right now, and I still might wanna pull for Norma(cuz her kit sounds good for my Evelyn and Yixuan, but I'm not 100% sure that I will be pulling), pull for Velina and then Remmiele or whatever her name was, and of course Lady Sunbringer when they're out. One last thing is, I am guaranteed to the next S-rank to be 50/50 win (luck gods blessed me with double S-rank on last Yuzuha banner, I got Yuzuha and Grace). I need clear advise, should I pull or not.

Who can I use with Promeia if I don't have Yuzuha and Nangong?

Hello everyone, the question is in the title, I really like Promeia's design and her gameplay looks cool, but i have no idea who to even use with her when I didn't pull for any anomaly supports.

No real feasible upgrades to be made, this is realistically the best she's gonna get.

So much battery. At least 500 hi-fi master copies. Over a month of prefarming.

I'm not super happy with my Promeia disks, considering it took, 150 ether batteries, 3000 hi-fi master copies and 30 tuning calibrators, but it's a start at least.

Please rate my current build. I kept farming while prioritizing AP and ATK%.

Do I need to adjust the rates, like lean more towards ATK% or AP? Also going for her W engine too. The team is Yuzuha M0W1/Vivian M0W1 (Vivian is to be replaced by Velina).
