Do I need to adjust the rates, like lean more towards ATK% or AP? Also going for her W engine too. The team is Yuzuha M0W1/Vivian M0W1 (Vivian is to be replaced by Velina).

Support/Sub DPS Welt possible?

I have E3S3 Welt, main dps on Rutilant Arena and Wastelander (Imaginary dmg set) crit build. I wanna rebuild him as a pure Support/Sub DPS for other DPS's. What sets and stats do i need? I think 80% EHR is a start? The LC Tutorial is occupied by Kafka, I do have Luka's LC but can i keep him with his sig?
